TV not working No hot water in the morning. Forget your early morning shower

Booking was straight forward and my special requests - to check in late and for the airport taxis, were organised promptly. I was picked up and dropped off within arranged times. Remi kept interesting conversations going, I learned a lot about the local people and modern lives. On arrival to the lodge, I was checked in within minutes and I had the same girl looking after me during all stay. Annette made my time here extra special, she arranged breakfast, set up a lunch in the garden, organised fresh juice and popcorn in between meals. During a power cut, she made sure I had Wi-Fi connection to check-in etc. Also Chef was very personable and cooked very tasty food. Thank you all for the great experience it's was such a relaxing stay.

The only comment I have, please change bins between guests... everything else is top class...They provide a toothbrush and toothpaste for your convenience and place smells very clean and fresh which is not very common in many places

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were provided with coffee and warm nuts on arrival. We felt very welcome.

This not for the hotel but the local government should upgrade the road to the hotel

Is is only room and breakfast. Building designed poorly: small stairs with high steps, narrow doors, room window looked directly at entrance. When you go outside there is nothing there, have to get to city. It seems place is made to accommodate some transit groups over night when they go safari or kili. For this purpose seems overpriced. No pool, no sport, nothing to do.
