A very spacious, neat and comfortable apartment for a family of 4. Quite at night. Washing machine is available to wash our clothes but don't have a proper place to hang them.
The lift is very small and we have to take 2 trips to go up and down with the luggages. The heater is not warm enough to heat the entire place during winter.

Quiet at night, decent location with many parking lots near by.
The sofa beds were ridiculously uncomfortable and there were far too many rules I think; likely because of past guests who weren't respectful though. Definitely not a comfortable place for 6 people.

Address was harder to find using English, but JP address perfect.

It's near the train station, the host is superb! gave a clear instruction, I would probably going to book it again when we visit Nagoya.
