Management company gave us incorrect information at every turn. Key pick up, lock box, parking registration, shuttle information. Even their printouts were incorrect. When you call any and all of the help numbers you get someone at a call center somewhere who has absolutely no idea what you are talking about or how to help. This unit could use a little love but, is nice enough. I will be avoiding the Vacasa management company in the future at all costs!

The views here are great. Shuttle to and from the ski base area was fantastic.
1 king, 1 full size, a pull out bed, and 2 bunk beds.
The bunk beds are at the front entry. I would only try to fit young children (under 10) in them. It's max 6 occupants, but I don't think it would be a comfortable fit for 6 adults. 4 adults and 2 young kids using the bunk beds could work. The bunk is smaller than a twin so I wouldn't rely on it as a comfortable place for an adult to sleep.
For our group of 4 the space was perfect.
The check in and check out were smooth and easy and the place was spotless for us.
I really loved our stay here.

The place was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful views of steamboat! Was very clean and the property manager was very communicative and helpful! The only need for improvement is there is a very outdated coffee maker in the unit. Is coffee is essential to most adults, this is a much needed improvement. However, we would definitely stay at this place again!

Family vacay during spring break
The place was absolutely wonderful! Beautiful views of steamboat! Was very clean and the property manager was very communicative and helpful! The only need for improvement is there is a very outdated coffee maker in the unit. Is coffee is essential to most adults, this is a much needed improvement. However, we would definitely stay at this place again!

It was us and 4 young adult children. The place was spacious and comfortable. We cooked in several meals, enjoyed the hot tub most nights, and the shuttle worked great for skiing. Would return.

This place is AWESOME and the view is AMAZING! The view of the mountains is great (and I choose locations based on the view) and you are high up looking down on the whole valley. Plus at night you can see all the lights in steamboat with Christmas trees year round and the stars from the balcony are amazing. Plus the inside is very nice, the kitchen is very upscale and there is a fire place in the living room. Plus they even provided an HDMI cable so we could watch a movie from my laptop. And this place is a GREAT price, better then any of them I researched. AND its a very private feel on the balcony. It's awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay at Yampa View 203. Management is very responsive and check in easy - even with the fact that our flight was super delayed so we arrive after business hours to pick up keys (in lock box). The bunk beds are tucked off of the front hallway and were perfect for the teens. Beds were comfortable and the view of Steamboat Springs was spectacular - especially with the sun setting over the mountains. We never took the shuttle because parking was free in the lot (then a quick shuttle to the gondola base). There is a nice heated ski closet for skis next to the front door, but we found it easier to leave skis in the car carrier. The kitchen was stocked with basic needs (coffee maker, 2 days of coffee, pots, pans) but no spices or other condiment (maybe be cause of Covid guidelines). There is no grill. Streaming TV with free movies and very comfy chairs and couch. Washer/dryer a huge plus - we visited the Strawberry Hot Spring (reserve this before you arrive) so we were able to wash our towels. Fireplace turns on easily and provides lots of warmth and ambience. This is a no frills, but clean and comfortable condo. We definitely recommend it to others!

Well equipped nice condo for our family of 4
We took a quick trip to Steamboat for some family birthdays. We have two kiddos, 3 & 7. Our oldest slept in the bunk bed in the front mud room, our daughter in one of the bedrooms and my wife and I in the master. We cooked meals in the kitchen and found it well-equipped. Our son did school online in the mornings and the internet was fast enough for his video meetings. We would definitely stay again. Due to quarantine we didn’t have access to the fitness center or the hot tub - but we knew that going in.

Nice unit, poor communication
The unit itself was very nice and exceeded expectations, however it was not at the listed address. It was actually located up a 3 story flight of stairs and way down at the other end of the adjacent building, which was challenging since one in our party was partially handicap. Additionally, we were not provided with any instructions on how to request the free shuttle or where it operated. Fortunately, we happened to find a shuttle location when we were looking for our unit and after trying to describe our location, the driver found us and explained the shuttle system. The drivers were all very friendly & helpful.
The unit was exactly as shown in the virtual tour and we were happy with the quality of linens/towels. It was an unexpected bonus to find hotel-size shampoos, conditioners, dish soap and laundry detergent provided.
