We loved this property!! It was clean and nicely appointed. The view is amazing! Coffee in the balcony each morning was a great way to start the day. The pool is great…clean and plenty of chairs. I would highly recommend for a family or an adult vacation. Plenty of great spots for dinner and we enjoyed walking Pier park each night.

The condo was pleasant, we love Twin Palms. I’ve stayed at Twin Palms 3 times now and this host was the least friendly and helpful. The listing showed a pullout couch on VRBO, to our surprise there wasn’t one and when I tried to communicate with the host about it they got snippy and said they could help us find a better place if needed. We had 7 adults in the condo and they only offered one parking pass, charging nearly $40 for a second one. We later heard the word around the building is that this host is typically unfriendly, wish we would’ve known that sooner. Pros: clean, very cute, spacious, great location, close to shops and restaurants, very large balcony Cons: the washer can only be used every so often and leaks detergent all out the side, the master bathroom toilet gurgles and loses water anytime the other bathroom is used, the master bathroom shower doesn’t drain when used…it took a good 20 minutes between showers to drain, no smart TV but only needed if you want to watch certain things, they will only allow you one towel per guest so bring extra (especially with the faulty washer), the master glass siding door is very hard to open, multiple locked closets…in other units we have stayed at here, those closets were helpful for storage but in this unit it only had two small closets and none located in the bathrooms.

The location, the view, the cleanliness....just an absolutely perfect vacation spot for pcb! The only complaint and it's minimal would be plan your check out around the elevator. There are only three, but that's literally the only thing that wasn't perfect. We would absolutely book it again and if we decide to go back to pcb next year it will be the first place i check for availability.

We really enjoyed this condo! The view of the beach was amazing. You could see the strip from the side of the balcony as well. It was right on the beach! Had an outdoor and indoor pool. (However, the indoor pool and workout room were closed most of our stay.) Loved the beds! Even the two queens in the second bedroom were excellent! The water pressure in the whole unit was excellent. Both bathtubs were slow to drain. The unit had floor-to-ceiling sliders in the living room and master bedroom. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well-appointed with a coffee maker and Keurig, crock pot, top-of-the-line fridge, oven and dishwasher. Loved the walking distance to restaurants, bars, Ripley's, Wonderworks, and Walmart. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Panama City Beach!

Would not rent again through Book That Condo

Nice location, given wrong code for check-in so had to wait on a new code out on the walkway. Would suggest giving one code for parking, room and pool/beach access. There was a book on the table upon entry telling all of the ‘do nots’. TV in master bedroom did not work…two phone calls to property mgt and no one showed up to fix it.

This condo was very clean and absolutely beautiful inside and out! Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay but the A C. couldn't keep the bedrooms cool at night. Making for difficult sleep

Enjoyed the condo and location. Was very comfortable and location perfect. Plenty to eat and so close to the unit. Unit was clean wish there were some basic cleaning supplies provided. It’s a pain to buy cleaning stuff for counters etc for a week. Only complaint was checking. We were given a range of checkin times. Latest of the range was 6 pm which is very late to start your vacation. We didn’t get access until well after 6 and were literally standing by the unit door with luggage so there seemed to be no reason to make us wait. There was no one in the unit.

My boyfriend and I visited PCB for Thanksgiving and we had a great experience at this condo. It was clean, well located and had convenient parking and a beautiful view. If I were ever to return to PCB, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had such a great stay! Even though it was raining and overcast most days we had a great time. Condo was clean, well kept, and spacious.

We had a great time. This property is right on the beach and near several food options. It made for an easy trip with a toddler! (As easy as it can get lol) My only complaint was the parking garage, we did get hit in our brand new car out there and there aren’t any cameras.

Overall the property was OK. It was not cleaned the greatest and many areas of the property could use updating that is not depicted in the pictures. The bathrooms could use updating. The master was missing doors to the utility room so we got to view the lovely furnace and water heater while in the bathroom. The master bathtub drain was also broke so you could shower only but we did have the other bath for small children. The patio furniture is terribly rusted. The legs are rusted at the bottoms so they are very wobbly and if you touch the chairs you got rust on you. The table had a thick outdoor mat under one leg to keep it from wobbling but it was still very wobbly. Location and property are great. Check in was easy and property management did reach out frequently. With a few upgrades and a deep cleaning this could be a 4-5 star but due to the upgrades/repairs needed and the fact that we could tell it had not been deeply cleaned in weeks/months we are giving it 3 stars. You could tell it was cleaned before arrival but it was just not a good deep cleaning.
