Ubicación del hotel espectacular, a cinco minutos del empire state y del madison square garden, facilidad para llegar, para la entrega y recogida de llaves así como para dejar las maletas después del check out mientras no salía nuestro vuelo.

No había opción de ventilar la habitación, ya que con el aire acondicionado no se podía subir la única ventana que tenía la habitación, único punto negativo.

Espaço para 4 pessoas fica apertado com tanta bagagem. Cheiro de erva/maconha/peixe assim que sai do elevador no quarto andar.

Localização muito boa, perto do metrô com acesso para todos os lugares.

Limpeza zero, achamos várias baratas nos quartos e larvas em baixo do shampoo, sai larvas pelo ralo do banheiro, chão grudento, parece q nunca limpam.

Des hôtes qui malheureusement n'ont pas été honnêtes du tout. Nous avons été prévenue que lorsque de notre arrivée que les canalisations faisaient du bruit, et cela toutes les nuits. Ils ont été curieusement très à l'écoute et très gentils tout le long de notre séjour, nous proposant un geste commercial qu'au final nous n'avons jamais eu. Et depuis notre départ, plus aucune nouvelle et aucune réponse à nos messages. J'aurais préféré un peu plus d'honnêteté et qu'on nous dise qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire au lieu de nous faire espérer quoique ce soit et surtout pas le cran de répondre.

Me gustó su ubicación, cocina equipada, estufa, microondas, con vajilla, cuchillos, y líquido de lavar platos. las atenciones de Henry, siempre pendiente a que todo estuviera bien. Y nos guardó las maletas gratis en lo que nos íbamos para el aeropuerto.

No me gustó que no limpian la habitación, no cambian toallas y la puerta corrediza de la bañera tenía mucho hongo. Una buena idea es que si no limpian la habitación tener una escoba y recogedor para por lo menos poder barrer ya que se ensucia mucho el estar entrando y saliendo y tener donde botar la basura ya que se acumula. De lo demás todo excelente.

A bit dirty. Heat control poor. No hot water

Good location. Laundry in building was useful. Kitchen was ok.

Insecure building. Anyone can enter the building. Lift was filthy. Bad smell in corridors.

Accommodated entire family easily. Convenient to subway and to places we wanted to visit. Reception-1 staff was very kind and helpful. Appreciate being able to store luggage.

Toilet easily clogged then overflowed. Staff that came to clean it up was rude and did a mediocre job cleaning. It smelled bad in the restroom area for the remainder of our trip. Likely will not stay again because of the toilet situation even though everything else was nice.

The location was great- handy to the subway- good food options- shopping close by. Sleeps a lot of people in a small space.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. There was would on the shower walls. A lack of noise privacy as there was a large gap under the door. The hot water wasn’t hot- only lukewarm warm in the shower. It seemed there was construction going son next door every day. The street noise was an issue too as we were on the first floor.

Very clean, good decor, comfortable, great location.

Tiny rooms. Good for one night for five people. Wouldn’t want to spend more than one night.

Perfect location. The room was clean, the facilities were excellent. I would definitely stay again.

The floor I stayed on had a strong smell of ?food and weed/cigarette smoke, which wasn’t present on any of the floors/corridors. However once in the room the smell disappeared.

The location and responsive hosts.

It was visibly dirty. You could see stains, hairs, and other dirt on the beds and the bathroom smelt like mold. We checked for bed bugs and were thankfully in the clear (red flag that we felt we had to check) and slept on our coats over the beds. When we asked the hosts we were told, "sometimes hairs stick to things in the wash".

L’accès à la chambre par les couloirs n’était pas idéal

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, muy cerca al Empire State, muy cerca caminando a Times Square... se encuentra en medio de la Quinta Avenida y Broadway, lo que permite estar cerca de muchos restaurantes, tiendas, bares, entre otros. El edificio tiene su tiempo, pero es super funcional y la habitación cuenta con todo lo necesario para hospedajes de corto plazo.

Emplacement proche de Times Square et du métro

Chambres très précaires loin de l’image qu’on s’en fait sur les photos. Une Kitchenette mais pas de table ou de chaises ! L’eau chaude est aléatoire. Pas d’armoire !

Lage ist top, nur 2 Blocks vom Empire State Building und von der Subway 34th. Unsere Erwartungen waren gering, da alle vergleichbaren Unterkünfte für 5 Erwachsene entweder deutlich teurer, irgendwo in New Jersey oder mit 100% Vorauszahlung waren. Hier entgegen faire Konditionen ( kostenlos stornieren bis 4 Monate vor Anreise, dann 50% und den Rest im Hotel). Es war alles sauber und sicher, keine unerwünschten krabbelnden Zimmergenossen und eine sehr professionelle Abwicklung

Schlicht, aber relativ sauber. Sehr zentral und trotzdem nicht laut.

Die Ausstattung war nicht wie beschrieben. Muffige Handtücher.

Appartement petit, mais fonctionnel. Idéalement situé en plein coeur de Manhattan, juste à côté de l'Empire State Building et de nombreux autres points d'intérêt. Accueil agréable.

Il aurait été bien d'avoir une petite table et des chaises (même pliables) pour pouvoir manger correctement. Mais nous nous en sommes malgré tout accommodés.

Atención al cliente buena, habitación correcta. Localización perfecta y bien insonorizado.

Faltan armarios, no se puede abrir la ventana para ventilar y el baño olia mal.

La ubicación es excelente, solicitamos limpieza y nos la ofrecieron sin problema, también cambio de sábanas !

Location was excellent, room was clean and tidy. Perfect for what we wanted. Henry was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

Das Hotel liegt an der 38. West 31. Strasse und damit fußläufig vom Times Square entfernt. Subway gleich um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war recht klein, hatte aber fast alles, was wir benötigten. Moderne Austattung. Lift und Waschmaschinen/Trockner waren verfügbar. Reinigung und Wäschewechsel auf Anfrage sofort erledigt. Trotz zentraler Lage relativ ruhig. Unser Host Henry aus Reception 1 war fantastisch und jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Die Handtücher haben recht muffig gerochen, auch nach dem Wechsel. Ein Mülleimer in der Küche wäre schön gewesen. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer gegen eine Ziegelwand war leider enttäuschend...

La pulizia, la disponibilità, la centralità della posizione e l'estrema tranquillità del luogo. Zona molto servita.

The location is very good for us to visit some places in midtown, Manhattan. The apartment is clean and looks lovely. Also, Henry is quite helpful. He replied to my questions quickly and clearly.

We need a shelf to put clothes while taking a bath.
