Only one lift for rooms above level 7, that is also used by service staff. Makes them slow to reach higher floors which normally wouldn’t be an issue, except no air conditioning in hallways and it’s extremely hot and stuffy while you wait.

Paper cups in a $330 per night room unacceptable, room was nothing like the one shown, was dated, renovations starting at 7am sounded like the building was falling in!!

The location of the hotel was great. Lots of dining choices and subway stations nearby. The room was large and clean. I was a little unhappy about being on the 2nd floor at first but it turned out to be a great place to do some people watching! They gave us snacks on the first day then 2 or 3 bottles of water every day. The shower was fantastic with a rain showerhead and a handheld. Our TV didn't work the first day so they waived the resort fee.

Ice machines are not on every floor. This is weird...the light switch for the bathroom is on the far wall so you have reach over the toilet to turn the light on.

The location was great in the city, but it still had a feeling like-home through all the bustle of the inner city. Location was great and easy to get to transportation links, restaurants, and close to our partner office as well- bonus!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Broadway Plaza - brilliant location, great friendly and helpful staff. We had the Empire State building view room on top foor and the views were sensational. The room was really comfortable and spacious

The bathroom was a little small and tired - shower didn't really work well, I couldn't wash my hair properly in it! Would have been nice to have breakfast available at the hotel but so many great places to get breakfast all around the block so not really an issue for us.
