Very modern and well kept, the location was perfect and the view breathtaking

There was nothing to dislike about this property, it is simply amazing

We wanted a family holiday that would provide us with a really relaxing break, but also somewhere close enough to enjoy the sights and delights of Palma and Mallorca itself. The villa was a perfect fit - beautiful, modern and pristinely clean accommodation with all you could want for a really perfect stay. The upstairs balcony view is breath taking; we spent hours relaxing there and admiring the amazing 180 degree sea views, watching life go by and the amazing sunsets. The nearby beaches are also beautiful. As a base for exploring the island, the villa is perfectly placed - ten minutes by car into Palma, a lovely 45 minute walk along the coast, and ten minutes from the airport and shopping facilities. Our hosts were perfect - providing a really warm welcome on arrival and on hand when we needed restaurant recommendations and help ordering a taxi :) We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Mar Felostal and can't recommend it highly enough.

This villa was the nicest positive surprise we ever had! Recommended 100% We were very impressed by the cozy furnishings in warm colors and above all the view is a dream. You feel like you are on a boat, you can see the blue sea from almost every window. It is a short walk to restaurants, groceries and beaches (bay 50m, beach 300m) there is a beautiful boulevard that leads to palma along the sea. Michelle is a great host, even a starter pack of groceries was provided upon arrival: drinks, beer, wine and groceries. Philipp is always available and answers all questions immediately. Loving service, great organization and a dream house on the seafront! we love it!

Our stay at Michelle’s place was a truly unique and memorable experience. The house is placed on the very seashore and so the guests can enjoy a breathtaking view while sunbathing or having a meal on the terrace. The interiors are designed tastefully and are handed off to the guests clean and tidy. Michelle responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our requests. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!

WOW!!! This Amazing Villa is so unique because it’s perfectly perched on the edge of the sea. As you walk inside, you will love the panoramic view of the sea, modern design, open plan living areas and quiet neighbourhood with free parking. The Villa is the perfect place to hang with friends or family because of the large terrace and social breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities. I highly recommend this villa if you want to experience the natural beauty of the sea, sound of the waves, sunset but also have the all convenience with of supermarkets, cafes and lots of activities.

Everything, beautiful place in a lovely location, which really cannot be beaten.
