We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous home! The furnishings and decor, as well as the flooring and appliances, all seemed brand new. How luxurious to stay at a new-feeling home! The 4 bedrooms were so nice and comfortable, and the bathrooms were functional yet very well-decorated. AC worked very well on some hot and humid April days! We had fun using the gourmet kitchen, which was stocked with spices and cooking spray, coffee, tea and sugars! The screened-in pool (and patio overlooking the canal) was our favorite part of the home. Also, besides being stocked with linens and towels, the host also provided many beach/pool towels! The washer/dryer was new and very nice. It was also great to have a garage and bikes! Publix is right around the corner, as well as Rita’s Italian Ice which happens to be a yummy spot we were excited to recognize from other traveling adventures - we totally recommend it! We also enjoyed taking a 10 minute drive to Punta Gorda for pickleball courts and restaurants. The host recommended Carmela’s which was fabulous. We also loved Fisherman’s Village and especially the restaurant there called The Pier. Lastly, and probably most importantly, the host was AMAZING with responding to our questions. The response time was sometimes less than a few minutes! The host is extremely accommodating, and provided a very pleasant rental experience. When we arrived, the counter had a huge bowl of fresh fruit, roses and Easter treats - such a sweet and unexpected touch. Thanks for a great time!!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was spotless, fully stocked with paper and bathroom priducts, kitchen conveniences, etc. Decir was on point. Beds very comfortable. The garage had bikes, fishing poles and various pool floats, etc. I can’t think of a single thing the owners could add that would be needed. We arrived to fresh roses, fruit and chocolates! House was a 7 minute drive to downtown Punta Gorda. Cute shops and restaurants. My daughter and I loved the chairs in the backyard overlooking the water. Very peaceful.

We had a wonderful time at Port Charlotte. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the pool - it was so warm and the view was beautiful. We would highly recommend this house for others.

Everything was better than described. Heated pool is a BIG PLUS. Can't comment negatively on anything. Neighborhood is nice and quiet cul-de-sac. Publix about 3/4 mile away. Would definitely go back.

This was an annual trip with mother and three daughters. The home was absolutely gorgeous with every amenity needed. Lots of time lounging in the beautiful pool, and cards at night. No need to leave the property once settled in. We will definitely be back. Thanks Beata for a wonderful stay!

This property is truly beautiful. The pictures are right on point. The owners have just thought of everything. Even cuddly blankets for every room. Kitchen is stocked, every appliance you can think of, as well as, spices. Coffee and tea. Just everything. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a perfect week at Harbour Paradice! The property itself was perfect for our stay and had everything needed for an amazing stay with no worries. All the extras that our hosts Beata and Mario did in welcoming us to their home were so thoughtful and are a welcome to any vacation. From the dozens of roses, chocolates, wine and a personal touch welcoming us we could not have asked for a better time this past visit and look forward to another stay soon. Beata was an amazing, gracious and very thoughtful host who welcomed us with champagne and flowers for our anniversary, and was exceptionally helpful with recommendations for sailing, fishing and restaurants. Beata is a great host! The house is perfect if you are not beach people. We are "boating" people, so being able to be close to the water was great. We did rent boats 2 days from Holidaze in Punt Gorda.- I highly recommend them! The pool was perfect. We even saw sting rays in the canal! All the ammenities were available.

We came from Alaska for my daughter's wedding. It was 7 adults and my 10 yr old grandson. We have a large family and each of my adult children rented vacation rentals in the area for their families. It was the first time in years that we were all together for the wedding. From the very beginning Beata was wonderful to work with. She answered all communications very quickly. She was extra gracious with accommodating us. I felt welcome before i even arrived. When we first arrived my first impression was how well stocked the house was. I don't think there was anything they had forgotten. Everything you need is in the house plus more. They had left us a huge fruit bowl which was very appreciated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bedding was extra luxurious. This was impressive to me because you could tell the owners put extra love in selecting nice bedding and furnishings. The pool was enjoyed by our whole group and the view was amazing. The house was very clean and all the furniture was comfortable. We loved the big sofa! Thank you to the hosts for the wonderful stay!!! It really was a 5 star stay!!

My family and I were so impressed with the accomodations and ease of communication with Beata. The house was beautiful and location was very convenient. We truly appreciated walking into an extremely clean home and were pleasantly surprised to find fresh fruit and flowers amongst other items upon our arrival. My siblings and I stayed at this property to celebrate our parents 50th anniversary. What a great home! Everything was beautifully decorated and very clean. The house was well stocked with everything that we may have needed, and then some. Beata went above and beyond with welcoming us. She also surprised my parents with some decorations for their anniversary. It was one of the best experiences that we have ever had in a vacation rental. Beata was truly a pleasure to do business with. I cannot wait to come back and stay!

The recently remodeled property is just beautiful, very inviting and provided inspiration for our new home currently under construction. My husband and I were a bit concerned about the lack of a king sized bed since this is what we are used to but ultimately decided to book this property anyway. The beds were all so comfortable, we didn't even miss our king size. In addition, both my husband and I were working remotely for part of our trip and we never encountered any issue with the wi-fi or the AC. The property is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Not listed on the profile is a grill so we were prepared to do without; however, we were pleasantly surprised to find a nice grill available for on-site cooking. We rented a boat from the local marina and were a bit concerned about the tie-up at low tide so Beata and Mario graciously worked with us to make alternative arrangements. I cannot emphasize the high standard they set as hosts! Just marvelous! I would highly recommend this property and would certainly stay at Edgewater again or rent from Beata and Mario at any property.

Beware if u dont want tobe fooled as they said you're broken their house. My worst vacation I ever had. Don't stay here if you dont want to ruined your vacation. We stayed here for 5 nights to visit our family. On the 2nd night while our family members having dinner together, at 9:15pm the owner come in to the house without letting us know and tell us that we cannot have too many people in their house and tell everyone to leave. I tried to explain to her that my family come by to having dinner and they will leave before 11pm as the contract said tobe quite from 11pm to 7am. The owner came with their angers. She said she have the right to kick us out and cancel our reservation. She said we can't cook and can't use the sink to wash our foods, if the water splash out they will charge for the fix on the 2nd night. I was so disappointed but I have to move all the foods supplies to my parents house to cook for kids because I don't want to get anymore trouble. So all the cooking and hanging out are at my parents house. Everyday we saw their car passing by at least 3 time. We only used the for sleeping. We're paid almost 3 grand to just sleep. Can't you believe it. Tell me Is this call VACATION anymore? And on the checkout day the checkout time is 10am but they came in straight inside the house by 7am and walked around video everything open all the bedroom while the kids are still asleep. And taking their picture. And fighting with us about We're broken their home and we have to pay for it. They're doing this very fluently and confidently as they been doing this so many many time to the other renters. The whole 5 days stay there We're feeling like we are having a tortured vacation. My worst and horrible experience rental this vacation house ever. Please dont stay at their property. DON'T BE THEIR PREY
