I liked having a semi heated pool and the ability to go up to the rooftop to look into the harbor and see punta Gorda as well as port Charlotte.

Everything is so expensive. The rooms are already outrageously priced, then the food is close to the same. You also have to pay to enjoy the rooftop pool. The rooms are already priced high the least we could do is enjoy the rooftop pool. Also the lights kept going off and on in the room. It was a bit annoying.

Check In took over an hour and was very confusing. The staff seemed like they were very unsure of their policies. The coffee shop food was bad i.e. mushy old fruit, and spoiled milk even though it wasn't expired.

Everything right there, very clean, and comfortable! Everyone was very friendly!

The boardwalk area is open to through traffic from the park and one evening we encountered a gentleman that frightened me and heightened my husband’s protective senses.

Great resort with everything you could possibly want.

Das ist ein neues Hotel, die Zimmer waren sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Die Poolanlage war riesig mit ausreichen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Gegen Aufpreis 20,- $ pro Person konnte man den Pool und die Liegen auf dem Dach benutzen. Dieser Pool war überwältigend.

Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr nachlässig und oftmals erst am späten Nachmittag mit den Zimmern fertig. Zum Strand muss man mindestens 30 Minuten fahren.
