My family and I loved our stay here! The place was very clean, check in was a breeze, it is well stocked for cooking, it has a closet full of beach stuff (chairs, toys, wagon) includes beach towels, and the beds are super comfortable! It is walking distance to stores and restaurants. It was very quiet at night, even on New Years Eve! The views are amazing, watching sunsets over the gulf from the balcony is one of my favorite things to do here. We were all very sad to leave, and we're looking forward to coming back. We will definitely stay here again!

Communication was excellent check in and out with seamless. They provided all the little things that you might forget at home just in case. Looking forward to staying at another one of their properties in the near future.

We have stayed many places in PCB over the years. But this was by far our favorite condo. Great location! Super convenient to be on the 3rd floor. Very clean and well kept. Everything was updated and it felt like home! The beach closet was great - we didn’t need to fill the car with beach stuff bc they had it all there waiting for us! We will be back!

The condo was even better than the listing, if possible. Perfect location (same floor as parking- no elevators!) and beside the elevators (for pool/beach access) but only 3rd floor so also low enough to take the stairs. It was fully updated and SO well stocked. There wasn’t a single thing we needed that we didn’t have- down to a tea kettle for the stove, beach games for the older kids, multiple first aid kits, super cute and new-looking beach towels, blankets if you got chilly while sitting on the couch, ceiling fans in the bedrooms AND box fans as well. Furniture and beds were comfortable, TVs in every room, beach balcony was spacious and well-appointed, I could go on and on. We will absolutely stay here again!

This is a great condo. It was clean. It was well stocked. It was well decorated. It has possibly the best location in the building since it is on the 3rd floor and so is the parking lot crosswalk. The check in process was easy. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. We plan to stay here again. Maybe the best condo we have ever stayed in. 5 STARS.

This condo worked for us being on the 3rd floor since my husband is in a wheelchair. The bed was a great height and grab bars in the shower with a bench seat. Anytime I communicated with the owner she was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful clean condo right on the beach!! No elevator needed as the parking garage and walkway are on the 3rd floor! Still a great ocean view 3 floors up!! Condo had everything you could possibly need!! We relaxed and enjoyed beach, pools, shopping and restaurants! We hope to come back soon!

The Condo couldn't have been any better. EVERYTHING you could possibly want or need was provided. Highly recommend. It was nice being on the same floor as the parking garage as the elevators, while fast, could cause a wait.

This condo was perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed. It was super cozy and we loved all the decor! Being on the third floor was a bonus for us. Kristen was amazing with correspondence. If we make it back to the area we will definitely stay there again!

Everything about this condo was perfect! It is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything you would possibly need for a great beach vacation! Such a help not to have to pack beach towels, beach wagon, toys and chairs! They had it all and even provided a high chair and a pack n play for our littlest guest!
The host were extremely nice and very accommodating when we had to extend our stay unexpectedly due to car trouble.
The location in the building is also great as it's near the elevator which means easy and quick access to both the pool and the beach!
We've already reserved it again for next year!

This being our first beach trip with our 8 month old daughter, we were a little concerned about how the trip would play out. From the moment we booked with Kristy, she was more than accommodating- even going so far as to leave us a pack n play AND high chair to lighten our travel load. The place was clean, the vibe was nice, and the walk to/from the beach and parking deck was a breeze. We will most definitely be back!

The condo was very clean and spacious.
Very easy walk to the beach, fully equipped with everything you need for the beach. Loved the fact that we didn’t need to wait for the elevator, can easily be walk up 3 flights of stairs. The little store on the ground floor had a little of everything and not over priced. Starbucks coffee was a big plus. Will definitely be back.

Awesome Unit
A lot of times you book a place based on pictures and the unit is completely different when you arrive. That was not the case for this unit. This is probably the best condo I've rented. It was clean, came fully stocked, had all the extras. My kids had a blast. The only downfall and there's nothing you can do about this is that the washer and dryer are crammed behind the bunk beds in the closet but we managed. Will definitely rent this unit again. It was great being on the 3rd floor and honestly the resort was not that crowded and the elevators surprisingly were not a issue. The food at the pool/bar were good and Starbucks! 10/10 for me

First Family Vacation
This was our first trip with both kids (ages 2 and 6). The condo had everything we needed and the host was amazing and very responsive. We enjoyed eating meals with our beautiful view and often ate takeout so we could have stress free meals. It’s an easy walk to the beach and pool(s). The H2O bar and grill will serve you on the beach. We didn’t try their food but did enjoy one of their frozen drinks. They have shaved ice and live music by the pools. It was so much fun. Our kids are already asking when we can go back.

Great property. We came down the first night of the 2022 PCB Spring Break takeover. It was a little scary having my kids with me, but police were everywhere. None of the mess was occurring on the beach. My only real complaint is the security guards, they are very rude and disrespectful. The first guard pulling in threatened my husband with if you hit the guard barrier it’ll cost $20,000 and the only reason he was pulling up close to it was because he couldn’t hear her. It was just attitude after attitude and all of it was very unnecessary.

Finally able to travel again
After two years of lockdown we reunited with family in Florida. Rented this condo for two families with teenaged kids. Plenty of room for 7 of us. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfy. Right on the beach, view was amazing. Best of all was all of the gear for the beach. Chairs, towels, a cooler, and even a wagon to lug it all.
