I often travel in Ahmedabad and always i booked this hotel but this time i feel low service from your house keeping team

Grateful for the room service (behavior & presentation) provided by the hotel staffs all throughout & helpfulness from most of all, at the reception. Surely one of the very best Hotel for stay & food amongst others in the city, in present times.

Their Wi-Fi was lacking appropriate security. So couldn’t connect to their network which was challenging encryptions. Asked them accordingly to rectify it through proper experts from the network unit. Mr. Mustak Ali was at reception during my checkout to whom I conveyed the message. Would ask Booking.com as well to take a strong note about it & pursue the matter with the appropriate personnel so that the ‘so called FREE’ Wi-Fi can be accessed from next time.
