Very reasonably priced, the smart board is a great idea! I don't think so that the guest items were restocked. Always looked for tea bags in the mornings!

We were able to walk every where or take the trolley. The accommodations were roomy and the kitchen was big. The arm chairs were lacking, we were afraid to break them. Both toilet seats were missing a screw, so the seat moved. The city is loud on Friday nights.

I have stayed at this property twice this year! I love this property and wish I could have stayed longer. Truly love this place and plan on staying here at least twice a year every year!!!

The listing claims that there is a pool and a balcony which were the two main reasons we choose this property. However, the balcony is NOT functional, meaning the guest are not allowed on to the balcony and the pool they claimed to have was a half mile walk at their sister branch!! I mean, who the hell feels like walking half a mile in their swim suits in downtown NOLA. Very , very misleading ! In fact the balcony part felt more like a lie!!

Perfect for a few days in New Orleans. Close enough to the quarter but far enough away to get away from the craziness. Well appointed with all the necessities of home. Tons of local restaurants & a very nice market nearby for groceries and necessities. Looking forward to the next trip. Drunks in the hallway can be a bit noisy but it is New Orleans after all.

The property and room was awesome! However, I would never visit New Orleans again with my family. Extremely sketchy walking back to your room at night. New Orleans has an extreme problem with their homeless population. We felt extremely unsafe walking at night. Bourbon Street has turned into a party street, it no longer has the charm that it did years ago. No Jazz music, no cool stores and bookstores. All of that has been replaced with bars, people passed out on the street, pee and poop (human) on the street! Definitely NOT a family destination. The room was amazing, however if you are traveling with your family DO NOT go to Bourbon Street. We were told several stores on Canal Street had been closed due to shootings. Check out the Swamp Tour, WWII Museum, and the Plantation tour - these were all AMAZING. Stay away from downtown!

I usually prefer to to try out different lodging options each time I visit the city, but this booking probably has a hold on me now! It was so spacious and well-equipped for our stay. The location felt safe and was easy to navigate to from the Quarter. Everything was within walking distance for us. We parked at the O’Keefe Parking Garage at a rate of $30 per night with plenty of parking space. Check in and check out was extremely simple due to updates from Roami, including self-check in and check-out. The space itself was attractive with lots of exposed brick and a nice kitchen and bathrooms. Our unit included a steamer as well as an iron, which came in handy.

Wonderful location. Great public spaces. Easy access to everything. Very polite virtual front desk. Instructions were very good. However, I did have to ask the location of th trash chute, it wasn't clear enough for me. Fourth floor hallway could use some repairs, but our accommodations were wonderful.
I would certainly recommend this to friends and family!

It was exactly as described to us! Beautiful, clean, great location and all the comforts of home. The supply shelf downstairs was a nice touch. The courtyard was so relaxing. My only complaint was the code to get in the main door was incorrect and didn’t have all the correct information. Even when we called they could not get us in. Numerous people coming in and out had same experience. A guest who had went through the same experience showed us the correct way. Would certainly stay there again.

Lacking some kitchen utensils, a few plugs did not work but flipped the breaker and all was fine. Dishwasher was there but not completely installed. Nice place to stay overall. Enjoyed the place. Thanks for letting us stay.

The pull out sofa sleeper had a huge stain on it so my son had to just sleep on the top of the couch which wasn't very clean either. The rug had several different stains and one of the blinds was broken and didn't work. There was no coffee available as listed. I found out garage parking was 2 blocks away which cost $30 dollars a day. After the cleaning fee and service fee I regret not getting a hotel.

The property and the room were great. The building itself carries its own unique history and the room we were in was clean and had a lot of space. The building is a couple blocks from the French quarter and convenient to everything.
