This was a wonderful cabin, had everything we needed. Plenty of room for six adults to be comfortable, well tricked out kitchen, beautiful fireplace. The view was amazing. We were there during a snowstorm and it was really wonderful how accommodating the hosts were for us.

The description of this home is exactly what it states. Very clean and well-stocked with just about everything you need. With that being said, I had no idea how intense the roads were getting to the property. My anxiety along with two others in our group was at a lifetime high. Most of the roads barely have room for two vehicles and hardly any guard rails. I honestly didn't even want to leave once we got there just because of the roads. Loved the property but couldn't wait to leave.

What a lovely cabin with an amazing view and access to the Smoky Mountain National Park. A well stocked kitchen and a pool table for fun family night. Would highly recommend!

The cabin was very spacious and welcoming. We were there the week before Christmas and the place was decorated for the season. Our grandchildren (6&9) enjoyed exploring outside.

Just a wonderful stay! The leaves were changing and the back patio with the fire pit was a wonderful spot. We also enjoyed the fireplace room in the evenings. A real log cabin feel. Thanks again for sharing!

Right up the mountain from Gatlinburg and close to the park entrance. This cabin was comfortable, clean and perfect for two couples. The weather did not cooperate, but the outdoor firepit looked like it would have been amazing. Very impressed how well stocked it was down to the coffee bar! It is not fancy and certainly you could find newer places but would definitely recommend.

Loved the cabin. Had everything that we could possibly need. Saw a bear our 2nd day and a bobcat on the 3rd day. Close to Main Street and all the attractions. Steep curvy road leading to cabin, but it gets easier each time you drive it. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.

Stacey was so great helping with local recommendations and trail details that we could take right from the cabin! We used the inside and outside fireplace daily. Our kids loved the string lit outside area at night to play and roast hot dogs. We were only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Just need to be brave to go up and down the mountain roads! You get used to it quickly and frankly I loved driving it. The cabin had everything we needed and the backyard views were amazing. We were watching for Bears all the time and saw a few! We can’t wait to come back and visit Windsong Cabin again. We would recommend it anyone. It is as advertised…nothing but great memories.

This was out first vrbo stay and it will be a wonderful memory. The drive along the twisty mountain roads is challenging but well worth it. The cabin was perched high in the mountains and it was wonderfully peaceful and quiet. You are surrounded by nature... and bears! We were blessed to see several around the area including a momma and 3 cubs on our way out. Definitely, wished we could have stayed longer. Our hosts were great and responsive to every question. We plan on returning. Highly recommend this cabin.

The cabin had a cozy feel. Enjoyed the hiking trails, night fires. Seeing the bears cross the yard was awesome. Pefect place for relaxation, however close to town for shopping, site seeing and restaurants. Would differently stay again.

This cabin was terrific and we had a wonderful stay. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the fire pit, multiple decks and having the Smokies as our backyard. Totally recommend staying here.

We had a great time in this cabin! Stacy + Terry, the hosts, were amazing and so accommodating! Stacy was so very sweet! The house was great + equipped + very clean! We accidentally left a few items in a closet and she called to tell me and is shipping it to us! Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Had been waiting to stay here for a long time and the stay did not disappoint. Very quiet and lots of wildlife, exactly how we like it! We had one minor issue and it was addressed within literally minutes. The owners went above and beyond to make it right. They truly care about the well being of their property and their guests. Most rental cabins are through an agency and in our experience, do not cater to the need of their guests.
5 stars all around and we want to book in another season

We really enjoyed the fully equipped, clean, bright house for our extended family of 8. It is nicely removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg but close to town. It was great that we could walk right into the national park from our front door! The highlight was all the bear sightings in addition to beautiful birds, owls and more. I highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to explore nature and enjoy Gatlinburg as well.

Windsong is a beautiful cabin nestled in the woods. The wildlife seen was plentiful, especially the bears! The cabin was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were quick to respond to the few times we reached out. We will return to Windsong.

We had a fantastic time at Windsong! Yes as many people already mentioned the roads are scary however you get used to it quick. The house itself comes with everything that is needed! We made several meals for our family of 8 in the well stocked kitchen. Stacey is great in communication back and forth. The house was also very clean which is not always the case. The place comes with access to 3 pools! Our kids loved every one of them. Finally the location is very central and perfect for the typical tourism stuff and spending days in the National park hiking! Thanks for a great time :)

Windsong was a perfect choice for our family. Very comfortable, meticulously cleaned, and thoughtfully organized (I especially appreciated that the light switches were so well labeled). It had everything we needed for a great five night stay in the smokies!

We really enjoyed this cabin. Having the flat yard/ fire pit area was especially nice so the kids could get outside and run around. We also spent a lot of time on the decks and porch. The cabin was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. I would definitely recommend this property.

The roads are terrifying to drive up the very first time, but once you get there its heaven. We saw so many bears and other wildlife just walking across the backyard. This was one of the most well stocked rentals I've come across. If you're planning on fixing large meals or storing a lot of food, bring your own larger bowls as they have mainly smaller bowels. The firepit and patio outside were really nice to just relax. The best were comfy and it was just an all around nice place to stay.

Our trip was wonderful!! The cabin was a wonderful place to reconnect!! The 3 bedrooms gave each of us enough space to spread out. The cabin was fully stocked and exceptionally clean!! Stacy was a gem to work with!! She was so accommodating!! Thanks for the wonderful stay! We'll be back!

My son had his wedding in Gatlinburg. My husband and I and the adult siblings stayed at Windsong. The place is perfectly decorated, clean and comfortable. Only wish we could have stayed another day. Also it is very wise to keep your car doors locked as we were warned by the very gracious owners. The one time that we didn’t lock our Subaru, while changing clothes quickly after the ceremony before going to lunch, a visitor (bear) opened the passenger front door, climbed in, and took a package of peanut butter crackers from the console and left. It was a great wedding weekend with great memories.

We had a wedding at Spence Cabin/ Appalachian Clubhouse and I don't think we could've found a better place to stay. Clean and spaciacous! Don't hesitate to use the pull out couch, it was comfy and that room has a door for privacy! Fun details all throughout the house! Driveway is very steep going up but 3 spacious parking spots up top. The hosts found a forgotten bracelet and very nicely offered to ship it! My only regret is not extending our stay to enjoy the peaceful setting a little longer! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Windsong--a lovely home & hosts were very helpful & responsive when we had difficulty with the lock. The property is peaceful & quiet (Gatlinburg was a bit of a zoo) with great proximity to the GSMNP. House is very clean, comfortable & well stocked. Only reason for the 3-star rating on "accuracy of listing" is that VRBO showed $275/night when our final price was quite a bit more. But we enjoyed the house very much & would recommend it to others.

Don’t be scared by the steep road up there, it’s worth it! Lovely home set in the woods up the mountain. No sign of Gatlinburg crowds. Come and get away from it all!

We had the best stay at windsong. The power was out when we arrived due to weather and the hosts went out of their way to help. The house was well thought out and had everything you needed. We loved watching the sunrise over the mountains and the fire pit was a big hit with all my kids. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about this property!! The owners thought of everything. This was the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed at. We had everything we needed to cook for a family of seven. The location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but yet so close to it that you can be anywhere in Gatlinburg in mere minutes. Love love loved this vacation!!
