Property manager allowed us to check in early.
Property is one block from the beach. The weather was awful, cold and rainy, so next time maybe we will go later in the year. Sun is supposed to shine next week though, so you never know what you will get in January.

Our stay here was amazing. There is nothing we would complain about. We would come back in a heartbeat. Very comfy beds. Very clean. Need dishcloths. We could not find any. Would highly recommend this place

The place was very pleasant and clean besides the sheets on the beds and the bath towels. They seemed to be stained with bleach and looked old and used. The shower to the master bathroom was so clogged you could not even take a shower without it filling up. After checking out of this property I soon to get an email and a charge of saying that sheets were stained and towels too. We were not even at the property to stain anything nor spent that much time at the place. We did NOT eat one meal in there, go to the beach, or having any children with us. I proceeded with an email back stating that it was misunderstanding that it could not of been us or mistaking it for another unit but I could not even get an email back.
Be careful with staying here they might charge with stains or whatever it is just to get your money.

We had a nice stay here. The directions were clear, the place was quaint. Our favorite part was the coffee shop just around the corner. Access to the beach was awesome! Thank you!

The main listing photo shows a pier view with a cute beach house in front of this property’s balcony. That house is currently a 3 story construction site wrapped in a massive brown tarp. Our view was so bad. It was depressing. The cleanliness of this house was terrible. Most dishes were dirty in the drawers and cupboards. There were long black hairs everywhere. In the bedding, in the towels, all over the walls.
The location is good. The owners did a good job furniture house the place originally, but it is well overdue for a deep clean. The trash can in the kitchen is a big metal thing that doesn’t shut. Please replace the trash can.
The connected apartment had a group that chaun smoked the entire time right outside our front door, so we had that in our face every time we left the place. And the walls are so thin, we could hear everything they said all night! We had to ask them to quiet down so we could get some sleep at 10:30pm.
We spent good money on this and ended up checking out a day early because we just wanted to go home. Sucks.

We have booked this place every Labor Day for the past several years and love it every time. So close to the beach and the restaurants. This year there was a heat wave and the AC broke the last day. It wasn’t able to get repaired so it made for a rough day and night, but otherwise a great place to book.

Pictures are spot on! The location is fantastic! Right off the boardwalk, near everything! Communication with the owners was easy and fast! Would highly recommend and will stay here again if in Newport Beach!

Had a wonderful trip. The property itself was fabulous and the location could not be beat! One note to future renters - the title says "three bedroom" but is actually three beds in two bedrooms. If you read the description it does detail this accurately, only the title is incorrect. I didn't realize until after I booked. Still plenty of room for the five of us! Tons of amenities including boogie boards and beach toys! I truly did not need to pack anything but sunscreen! Also there was plenty of on-street parking in addition to one spot in the garage. The garage spot was a little tight as the rental agency upgraded us to a large SUV and the other renters in the building had the same car! A midsize SUV or a minivan would have fit without concern. We were able to park in the garage but I had to let everybody out before I parked! Not a big deal at all but if I realize that I might have said "no" to the upgrade at the airport LOL! Overall a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this property anybody.

Super easy rental experience. Nice unit with a great view!! Only issue was VERY SMALL garage space parking. Our vehicle fit but once the other unit parked their car we couldn’t get to our car until they moved their car We ended up parking our car on the street once a spot opened up.

Sisters vacation
This is the perfect condo for anyone looking for a getaway at the beach. It comes equipped with everything you need from kitchen utensils to boogie boards and everything in between. Restaurants and shopping was within walking distance and the beach was actually closer than we were expecting. The condo was immaculate and the view of the pier was awesome. We will definitely book future stays here.

We had a great time. We asked for a pack and play and it was very dirty and didn’t have a sheet, we ran to target and purchased our own and ended up leaning it for future guests. Other than that hiccup, it was greats. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Awesome location
