La localisation à proximité de la vieille ville. Le parking public souterrain situé à 50 m (15 € par jour). La réactivité de Maite (échanges en français). Le confort de l'appartement : machine à laver le linge, lit confortable, chauffage (PAC réversibles) efficace, machine à café avec capsules de café.
La décoration de l'appartement désuète.

Alles. Van wijze communicatie met medewerkers, appartement zelf tot locatie aan toe. Bij opvang bij appartement regelde medewerker een parkeerplaats voor de deur hiep met koffer. Ook later goed contact. Kamer zoals aangegeven brandschoon en zeer verzorgd. Afwas en wasmachine waren al prettig maar de jacuzzi was de kers op de taart en hebben we goed gebruikt. Aan overzijde straat een klif vanwaar Castro goed te zien is. Supermarkt en barren direct in de buurt. Strand van Brazomar op 5 minuten lopen. Was echt zeer tevreden met alles

Muy buena ubicación, a dos pasos del acueducto y al lado del parquing si llevas coche. El apartamento está muy limpio y con muchos detalles...se nota que Mayte quiere que disfrutemos de la estancia. Lo recomiendo totalmente!!

Perfect location. Modern flat. Magnificent (side) view from the balcony. Comfortable bed. Kitchen very well supplied. Friendly host. Excellent communication and smooth check in. I was even allowed a late check out. But to top it all the host posted the headphones I accidentally left behind. Amazing service! I'd love to come back.

The flat is ideally located just by the walking city center, but still accessible by car and with a possibility of parking. The appartment is very comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. I also appreciated that there was soap, shampoo, make-up removal and other basics in the bathroom as well as in the kitchen for cooking.

Mayte was a very friendly, accommodating and helpful host. I was surprised to see that there were all the necessary essentials in the cupboard. However, due to a tight schedule, we didn't do any cooking. There was a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment which were very useful if you were to stay longer.

The apartment had everything, including lots of storage space and even 2 shelves in the bathroom. Mayte obviously thought about guests needs, and well and truly catered for them.

Very nice apartment! All you need is there, even coffee capsules, tea and some cookies. The facilities are very good and clean, great bed, big closet, nice interior design. The location is quite central and you can see a beautiful church from the balcony.
