There is a restaurant or venue which has a competition near the accodation. Each time very loud Fireworks sounds, then to finish super loud rumbling explosion. Both nights. Finishes about 1.30 am

Property was clean , patty was very helpfull , did everything for us whatever was needed .

I had a very comfortable stay with all basic amenities provided and even a smart TV to stream Netflix etc. The location is very much central and right across the road from the beach. The entrance is independent with RFID scanner.

The apartment is in a great location near Bangla Street, but quiet and a short walk from the beach. The apartment has a fridge, an electric kettle and a toaster. It opens with a code and enables independence and privacy. There is a small balcony where you can smoke. There is everything a traveler needs. The staff is great and nice, and the owner was very flexable and cooperative.

Lovely place with self entrance RFID sensor. No questions, no debate for check-in. Bed was very comfortable, Hotel is just a stone 's throw away from Patong Beach.

The room is larger than expected. Aircon is new and everything was clean and tidy. Good instructions for tv and safe box. Great value for money.

No tea and coffee in rooms although it is provided on a table near entrance. A tissue box would be an added bonus. Beds and pillows very firm. However still excellent value for money.

Loved everything about my stay here! Greeted warmly by everyone when I arrived. Check-In was easy and they even offered to have me come back down for a foot massage after I got settled, which I did, and I have to say the foot massage was the best ever (I highly recommend Nok)! A foot massage there was part of my daily routine. The room was great. The bed was a medium to firm mattress and was perfect for me. Plenty of lights. A great A/C Unit and there was an oscillating fan to help cool the room a little quicker if needed. The mini fridge was perfect for my few leftovers and to chill some bottles of water. Plenty of drawer space and room for hanging clothes too. Way more storage space than I needed for three days, but just right for two people for one week. The shower is large, as is the whole bathroom. Lots of room to move around in here as needed. My shared outdoor patio gave me a view of the courtyard area below with the restaurants and shops. It was a great place to hang out in the evening or enjoy the occasional downpour without getting drenched. The Inn is located close to several restaurants (I liked West for traditional Thai Food, and Harry's for a little Pizza - Both steps away from the building). The beach is just a 2 to 3-minute walk. Never miss a sunset, each one here is spectacular and unique. If the nightlife is your thing, it is only a couple of blocks to Bangla Road (but still far enough away so you don't hear it when you want to get some sleep). I even got a chance to meet the owners briefly during my stay. Great people! They will treat you well.

The laundry set up in outside the main entrance, rather than in the room which I was anticipating. You need to have 10 Baht coins to operate it. You could also ask someone downstair at the massage place and they will wash dry and fold your laundry for you for a nominal fee. I went with this option. This worked out fine, probably even better than if the machines were in my room. It gave me more time to explore Patong and meet more people.
