Good standard, nice rooms, everything was clean. The staff was always available and offered very friendly service. Excellent location! Lots of shopping outlets & variety of multi-cuisine eating outlets within walking distance

Breakfast price not acceptable

Didn't have the breakfast. No complaints about the location.

Decent hotel with ample room space that was well lit a good view from the windows. A decent place, though I still felt considering the locale and time of the year it could have been priced a notch lower. Maybe 2500/- a night, nothing more. I'm saying this because when you pay over the platform you don't know what you have in store. They don't show you the surroundings or explain the service. Tbh, even the basic service was not felt! And mind you the ppl of HYD are quite multilingual. So everything is well understood with them. I just feel this could stem from the fact that this property(probably) doesn't see a considerable footfall and hence the staff are not energetic or are definitely under paid. Let me share a couple of instances; 1. There are complimentary amenities placed in the room(Hot pot/tea/coffee/sugar/creamer etc) was placed in my room as well. Apparently, when I tried to open a creamer sachet for my morning coffee cup it had just air init. Nobody's fault that it happened, nothing to blame about!! As soon as I found out, I politely asked the reception to replenish the stock - It took 40mins to do so. Not the wait you want for your morning cuppa. 2. The air conditioning blower wasn't up to my mark(Hyderabad is hot at 37° in months of March) I needed it to be better than what it was. I requested the reception on my way out and was promptly told "Sir we will take a look at it". Come evening, same story. Nothing happened. I decided I didn't want to throw my toys out of the pram so just went with the flow. And mind you, the hotel room(technically) is just for the night after a hard day of work in a different city. 3. The linen was not up to any mark. I mean(Whites need to be whites) it shouldn't have any stains or dirt residue. Mine had both. The towels were stained and worn out. One of them wouldn't even absorb the water. Could have been a microfiber or a very low grade cotton.

The food was fantastic. Hats off to the chef, whatever I ordered they all turned out delicious. If I am to return to this property again the first point of pull would be the pull. Overall cleanliness and maintenance was also good. The staff were polite.

Since it's adjacent to a road and in a city like Hyderabad, the nuisance is too much until some time into the midnight. That's not on the property but it'd be helpful if they can provide an option to choose rooms that are not facing the road side view of the building if they have vacancy. But I don't know if it'd make a difference but just a suggestion.

First impressions were that it was a bit of a warehouse or shopping mall but actually just designed well for the city. Very quiet, great boiling hot showers, restaurant who will deliver to your room, clean and everything works . Also near the metro at paradise! Quickest way to get around !!

Didn’t like the area much but the hotel is well designed for this street. TSK round the corner sell beer and good curries too if the local area seems overwhelming!

Booking was confirmed. I specially called to confirm if everything was fine with the booking. They called a few hours before check-in and told us that the booking was cancelled. We were going to Hyderabad for the first time.

The breakfast was good.

In most of the hotels breakfast is complimentary.
