The only thing that was an issue for us on our stay was the elevators. There were times we waited 15-20 min on an elevator.

We had a party of 11 and the accommodations were excellent. The host was very quick to respond to questions and reassured us that there would be enough towels, cooking equipment, and bed space for our large group. The condo did not disappoint and seemed recently renovated. I would definitely choose this unit again.

We stayed in this same property last year. Overall, I like the resort, the owner and the rental company, but the unit itself could use a DEEP cleaning and the couch/loveseat either needs to be professionally cleaned or new ones purchased. They were FILTHY and I didn't even want to sit on them. I like having chairs w/backs at the table since we play games and those are so much better for your back than benches. There were clean dishes in the dishwasher, but they weren't put up (not a huge deal, but made me wonder what else hadn't been done). There was mold in the MBR shower. There was a receipt on the floor beside of the loveseat and a child's 3-d paper glasses on the floor beside of a chair in the living area, which made me question if they'd actually cleaned the floors. I liked the hooks in the master bathroom for swimsuits and cover ups. Beds are ok, but probably need replacing soon. We had to run the dryer twice each time we used it and it was never even full any of the times. We cleaned the lint tray each time and added a dry towel to each load which seemed to help slightly, but the heating element may need to be replaced. The owner and rental company were very easy to work with. We loved playing pickleball, line dancing, and beach sitting every day!

We loved our stay. The only issue we have was our stay was just not long enough.
We had enough room that at the end of the day we could all go to our rooms and relax and prepare for our evening of food and fun.
The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast a few mornings and dinner a few evenings.
The balcony was enjoyed by everyone.
The beach, ocean, and poolside were loved.
We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful view!!!! It was the best thing about this condo. The jet tub blew black particles out into the water when I used it. We had issues with all of the bathroom doors either not locking or getting stuck. The dryer took several cycles to dry the clothes. The owner did send maintenance in to address the issues I messaged them about. The toilet in the 2nd master bedroom ran constantly and would not flush by the handle. The shared bathroom shower leaked into the hallway and had to be wiped up with towels after it was used. The condo is in need of a very deep cleaning. The couches are filthy and uncomfortable & need to be replaced. The parking is very inconvenient and would be difficult if not impossible for anyone with health issues. The condo was well stocked and the check in process was super convenient. I needed an extra parking pass and called management who said I could get one for $30, I agreed and then they told me they would wave the fee if I gave them a 5 star review!! I was shocked and wondered how many other people they’ve bribed for good reviews. I wish I would have paid more attention to the reviews and found a different condo to rent. This condo has a lot of potential but it needs some upgrades and some tlc.

It was a great location with great access to the beach and pools. We enjoyed our stay! The unit itself needs a little attention to loose tiles and small things but was clean. It would have been nice to have some starter cleaning solutions such as dish soap and tablets and just a few more hand towels to use.

We traveled as a family on spring break. I was pleased with the location, check in and condo. The pools were great. We enjoyed the stay. I was not so happy with the cleanliness of the condo at arrival. I needed to sweep as there was food and dust on the floor. A toilet was also not clean on arrival. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

View was amazing. Condo was nice, needs a deep clean, and some maintenance, but overall it was fine. Great location everything is within minutes. It takes you longer to walk to your vehicle than to drive anywhere. The parking garage is not convenient, it's a hike.

When I walked into this condo my thought was wow! It was so nice. 4 bedrooms with plenty of space for all of my adult children. Three really nice bathrooms and the master bed bathroom is awesome. The balcony is big with lots of seats to look out at the ocean. This condo is well supplied with dishes and I would love to stay here again. It’s a really nice condo. Thank you again for everything.

"Clean" towels had a mildew smell. Almost every utensil and dish we used were dirty and had to be cleaned before we could use. Closet in master bathroom had sand all over the shelves and floor. Bathroom doors would stick due to damaged wall and would have to tug them open.

The property was nice and exactly as advertised. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and we all enjoyed beginning our day on the patio with breakfast, watching dolphins and manatees (1 day). We played pickleball every morning, then sat on the beach the rest of the day. Shops and restaurants are nearby. We LOVED the Pink Pelican Ice Cream Shop, it was nearby, which was good...and bad :). We never heard anyone around us, so the condo must be well insulated. Workers/staff were friendly and helpful. It was a bit crowded until Monday, but then cleared out in a major way, which was nice. I've stayed in places where the elevators took forever, but theirs were always speedy (and we were on the 19th floor). Loved having the tennis court onsite. Both the owner and managing company were easy to work with and extremely responsive. I loved being able to go straight to our condo without having to check-in anywhere...that was nice. None of us wanted to leave, if that tells you how great our trip was.

Nice property for the price. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and we all had plenty of room. With a little maintenance this property could be absolutely stunning. Kitchen cabinet hinges were broken, doors out of square and didnt shut, dishwasher rack wouldnt go in property and wouldnt allow dishes to get cleaned, couches were stained pretty bad. Overall we had a great time and the condo isnt what makes the vacation anyways. Being on the 19th floor was amazing too!

The property was not cleaned before my family arrived! We had to clean it and wash need sheets, the bed sheets had blood and pee stains on them as well as sand in the beds! All bathroom doors barely and it’s hard to open them, and doors do not lock! Kitchen cabinets are literally falling off! This condo was absolutely disgusting! So much work needs done and new couches!

The Majestic Towers are nice however, unit 1902 (Emerald coast destinations owns) was well used, not very clean and needs attention. The couches are stained and gross, the comforters on the beds were disgusting, the rugs were covered in food and sand, and the patio needs to be pressure washed. It was black and gross. The A/C went out and they were very responsive and had it fixed within a few hours. I will be back to stay in the Majestic Towers, just not a property owned by a rental company. They don't seem to care about cleanliness.

This property is amazing, there’s plenty of room and it’s right on the beach! Only issue I had was there were chips in two of the beds when we checked in. The top bunk and one of the queen beds. Other than that it was amazing! Highly recommend this room!

The rental is decorated nicely and has tons of room. Lots of cooking supplies. This is the only condo we have ever stayed at that did not include starter dish soap, garbage bags etc. for the first day.. The views are absolutely stunning. There are some cleaning issues that need addressed (I have emailed the property manager about this). We had a great time and always love coming to Majestic. I do suggest checking in after 4 due to the amount of people trying to check in and the elevators taking a while during check in/out times. The master bed is pretty comfy! We would 100% stay in 1902 again!

We will definitely book again! It was the perfect height from the beach, we saw dolphins and a sea turtle! Only negative was the excessive wait for the elevators at check in. I suggest waiting to go to the grocery until later in the evening or the day after check in, otherwise you will be waiting 45 minutes for an elevator with frozen food.

The beach was absolutely gorgeous but if you plan on getting front row seats or canopies you have to go down around 6am. The only minor issue we found was dishes and silverware put away dirty but that was just a minor inconvenience and didn't affect our stay or happiness during our vacation at all. We would rate this an A+

Rented a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom condo at Majestic Towers 1. Was told shortly after making my reservations as I inquired that I would have 3 parking passes as that is what I would need, however, approximately 1 week before stay I received an email stating that the parking policy changed. I emailed and got no support just sorry it is what it is. Not good customer service. During the stay our room was nice but elevators were a nightmare, seemed like 1 was under repair often.
