The location (room) was great.

Only had 1 TV in a 3 bedroom apt

Location, cleanliness and well priced. Close to the street cars with Bourbon street around the corner. Would highly recommend this place

Location is great, place is clean. We have enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is very nice

Located at a very busy street, even with earplugs we couldnt sleep due to loud music on Saturday night until 5 am.

Beds were very confortable. Kitchen was fully equiped. We could do our laundry; the detergent was also supplied. We were relocated to the Gallier, so ended up with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sonder staff were very friendly in their communication on the re-location. We appreciated having all the space. There is enough closet space in each room. Dining table is large. Bathrooms are spacious too. There is a very nice restaurant downstairs. French quarter is walking distance.

The bedrooms had no windows. In our country, this would not have been approved by the fire department. The windows at the front don't allow leaving the apartment on that side, which means there is only 1 exit during a fire (the front door). Again, a bit strange how the fire department could approve this. We arrived in the evening and the area around the main door was crowded with homeless and/or drunk and high people. This was a bit uncomfortable with kids, did not feel fully safe. The area is also quite dirty, we saw rats running around and in the morning we were greeted with the smell of weed, puke and garbage. French quarter is clean and feels safer.

Microwave in 306 is not working properly. Doesn’t spin causing food to burn. Trash and dust left under beds. The first bedroom next to laundry closet is much hotter than the rest of the rooms so we didn’t sleep in that room.

closeness to everything we needed. easy to access later at night for checkin.

the floors didn’t seem very clean, had to sweep things from the floor and it felt a little grimey. would be good to have some laundry liquid available as well as a tea towel in the kitchen. not enough space to hang 4 bath towels with 4 people staying.

it was in a good location

they provided pots and pans, plates, bowls and silverware but no baking pans. the review made it seem like the fridge would be stocked and there may be seasonings but nothing was stocked
