Room size. However, use of space and decor was great. Room cleaning needs improvement. (Wash walls, especially in the bathroom, linens that are stained need to be trashed and not used. Please place garage bags in trashcans.)

Hotel was very clean. All staff and wait staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great location. Great food at the restaurants!

Loved the location - we were in town for a show which was a quick walk to the theater. The cleanliness of the hotel and our room was great. The staff was so friendly.

Location is awesome! Right at the heart of Times Square. The staff were sooooo friendly and accommodating. I love the check out time- 12pm!! Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The elevators took a while as only 3 were in service. The hotel is next to a CBD shop so you can smell it in the lower lobby. It was not pleasant.

We loved the rooftop bar and choices of restaurants. The decor was fun and modern! Great location we walked everywhere!! Loved it! Hope to come again!

Had to wait for our room to get ready and couldn’t do a late check out, but they did store our luggage safely so we could explore a bit while waiting on each end of our stay!

We loved how everything we needed was right there in the hotel and I’m we didn’t have to go out in the cold.

Location was good and being able to check out at noon.

The shower was ice cold and we had no hot water for showers. We ended up taking cold showers. Not how we wanted to start our morning.

Everyone was so welcoming & went out their way to speak to us. Restaurant & Bar staff excellent. Margaritas are my favourite drink the extensive menus of them was amazing!! 🫶

Clean, range of bars & view from our room was amazing. Spent a part of Christmas Day just looking at the view taking it all in so to never forget! NYC has my heart!!!

I had a beautiful corner room with a view

There was no teapot and no slippers in the room. I am so used to having these in every hotel I go. Maybe it’s different in the States. But I really miss hot water/ tea first thing in the morning and slippers to use around the room. Otherwise it was great experience!

Room was a little small, struggled to find space for cases, coffee in room wasn't the best, powdered milk saches were a let down.

The rooms were clean and d the staff were pleasant.

The elevators were terrible. Waiting up to 20 minutes which made it difficult. We felt like we could only leave the room when necessary because nobody want to spend our time waiting. We did try the stairs at times however we were on the 28th floor.

Das Zimmer war hübsch eingerichtet, das Bett bequem. Das Bett wurden jeden Tag gemacht, das Bad täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Personal war freundlich und ansprechbar.

Auch der Fußboden des Zimmers hätte mal gesaugt/gereinigt werden können. Da wir sechs Tage dort waren, hatten wir entsprechend viel Gepäck, das ließ sich schlecht verstauen; bspw. gab es auch keine Garderobe, um die Jacken aufzuhängen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist mäßig; aber es ist wohl allgemein ein Problem in New York, dass die Zimmerpreise sehr, sehr hoch sind.

Location perfect for sightseeing. Room was small as expected in NY but beautifully furnished and super clean, no complaints. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great choice of bars for food and drinks if you wanted to stay in the hotel after a long day exploring New York. Great sunset views from rooftop bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere in the hotel with videos and music in the elevators.

Very clean rooms, friendly staff

Rooms were very small. There was no microwave anywhere at the facility, so my daughter who has a lot of food allergies couldn’t heat up the food she could have.

We liked the rooftop bar, even though the service could use a lot of improvement. The room was comfortable and clean. Some may consider this location as centric, which is good if you love the lights, crowds, and activity of the Times Square area. There are multiple ways to move around in public transportation, with a subway station just a few steps away.

We could go on for pages! So, we will just include the most relevant aspects of our stay. First, the price per room per night is over-inflated, even for a property located in the Times Square area. Hotels in the area offer much better service, even at the 5-star level. The front desk staff lacked the most basic customer service skills, to the point of being rude. At the time of checking out, we left our room, and approached the front desk and there wasn't anyone there - after knocking on doors and walking back and forth looking for someone to check us out, one man showed up - from the smell emanating from his clothes, it was obvious he had gone out to smoke some weed. In fact, more than one staff member had the same stinking smell. Unfortunately, we also noticed drug dealers right in front of the entrance of the hotel selling weed and other stuff. It got worse late at night, to the point where it felt uncomfortably dangerous. We are usually very tolerant of the imperfections in service one may find when we travel. However, at $500+ per night, I would never recommend anyone to pay for this kind of experience.
