Can they put atleast two toilet rolls per room ladies tend to use it a lot

The idea that you had to book in other to use the swimming pool. Would have preferred white linen in both bedrooms and standard hotel blankets

Oohthe property is located at a Safe and quiet place. One could take a walk at night as there is security all over. It's near the Ushaka Marine like a walk away. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

There is really nothing I did not like about the place it really met my expectations and would recommend it to my friends and other people.

The place is spacious and very comfortable

Had a broken kettle in my apartment and the room service lady didn’t always clean the place properly

I liked everything about the property

The place was next to Ushaka and the beach... Very private

We arranged for early check in instead we only checked in at 4h30 because of the cleaner after all we still had to clean the dishes

Everything was as it was advertised.....we loved the place

We had no access to the hot tub😑. We got unnecessary noise making warnings...I mean the volume was just on 20 but hey tenants said we were making noise we ended up not playing the music at all😔

The rules really makes a good job Also liked the fact that it's a quiet place, surrounded by securities everywhere

The place had cockroaches with a funny small when entering the house

The dstv was not playing saying no network check the cable therefore my family could not watch me running the comrades marathon Excessing swimming pool and the gym was a hustle I couldn't use the gym before the and after comrades

They didn't offer the breakfast, it was excluded to the amount we paid

In the main bedroom there were single beds of which we asked double bed and sheet was not clean, no in between sheets. The frying pans were dirty we couldn't use them, cupbooards were sticky and full of dust The mop was very dirty full of hairs the colour was disgusting couldn't use it

The treatment and environment is not ideal for the youth

I arrived after 22hoo and i notified, booking. Com that i want to check in after 00:00 and they didn't get responses from the host, and the security guard gave me attitude, he only let me in after and hour after he saw us angry, he wanted to chase us out, and the host cell phone number wss off at that time couldn't get hold of her

Check in times it cant be strictly 22h00 what if i got delayed by traffic or accident along the way and can't arrive at that time?
