Очень большие, просторные квартиры со всем необходимым. Большая кухня, все в рабочем состоянии Хозяин квартиры всегда 24/7 был на связи и помогал, если были вопросы или нужна была помощь. Во время проживания забилась раковина - ее почистили через 10 минут. Ночью делали ремонт - на следующее утро нам уже дали новую квартиру. Я нигде не встречала такого отношения к жильцам, очень здорово!!! Все расскажут, покажут и помогут)

В первую ночь соседи с 22:00 до 6:00 делали ремонт. С утра нас сразу же переселили, за что огромное спасибо хозяину. В данном районе достаточно громко, постоянный шум на улицах и очень громкая мечеть, двери на улицу плохо закрывались и это не спасало от гула. Интернет работает очень! плохо. Я работаю удаленно и просто не могла этого делать, постоянно уезжала в кофейню. В 1 квартире очень воняло рыбой на кухне, но нас переселили. Кровати некоторые уже сильно продавились, пружинки впиваются в ребра.

The absolute best thing about staying at this place is Captain Mohammed's treatment and his extraordinary attention to detail Regular cleaning and changing of sheets was like a hotel stay. I loved the place very much.

المكان نضيف جدا جدا .والغرف واسعة .. واستاذ محمود كان متعاون جدا ودايما موجود ... ومفيش حاجة احتجناها الا جبهالنا الشقة فيها كل حاجة بطاطين ..مكواة .. مكرويف .. فرن .. سخان .. كتل .. غسالة .. وبيوفروا بشاكير ومناديل نضيفة ومعقمة في كياس متقفلة .. المكان حلو اوي تان نمرة من البحر وشايفين البحر على طول .. وجنبنا تحت سوق مش دوشة بس كل حاجة فيها .. وفي مكان جرتج للعربية واسع و وحلو اليوم بخمسين .. بس الشارع صعب او مفهوش ركنات ... الانترنت كان شغال حلو اوي والمكان هادي وحلو اوي انبسطتا اوي واكيد مش اخر مرة ... احنا جينا فالشتا بس لو حد هييجي فالصيف الاوض واسعة وفيها تكيفات ومراوح ...

Apartment was spacious and clean. Towels were provided. Several slippers were provided. I liked that the hosts took off their shoes before entering the apartment, respecting their place and taking care of hygiene. View from the room is good, and fabulous from the rooftop. There was no hairdryer in the apartment. Upon request, the Captain provided his wife's hairdryer. Great customer service! Iron and iron table were available. Kitchen was available, but we didn't use at all. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Both Captain and Mehmood were nice and friendly, but their English was poor. We managed with google translator. Lift was fine for us, but I can imagine why the westerners/europeans were a bit skeptical about it. Daily power outage (4pm-5pm) didn't bother us, since we were outside. I would recommend everyone to plan their routine accordingly. Wifi was good. Location is good, and several economical and good places to eat nearby. Good for the price.

Wear and tear of the furniture is definitely visible. Good working toilets and shower, but needs upgrade. Also, continuous leakage of water near muslim shower's tab. Windows of the rooms didn't close perfectly, so cold air and noise were constantly sneaking inside. Apartment can get a bit chilly (we went in February), since there is no central heating. Although bad, these things didn't bother us too much. Pre-arrival communication was poor from owner. I had requested him something. Instead of accepting or refusing my request, he just kept me waiting, which delayed things for me. What we didn't like the was that bathroom were not properly cleaned before we came. Example, there was hair in tub drainage. Also, there was beard hair in the sink. Toileteries are bare minimum, and poor quality. Another thing that I didn't like the most was that I had already informed of my arrival time and date in advance, yet both Captain and Mehmood were not there to lead us to our apartment. Thanks to the taxi driver (who was unrelated to them and went above and beyond), we managed to get hold of Mehmood. Otherwise, we had made our peace of finding something else in the middle of the night.
