Great location and easy walk into town. amenities were great and room was spacious. fantastic view!

extremely noisy construction happening directly next door from 7.30am-6pm at night, with the exception of Sundays. The noise just didn’t stop. it was so loud our tv was on maximum volume. Usually wouldn’t bother me so much but would have been nice to relax abit in our room in the afternoons after a day out instead of loud vibrating sounds (not relaxing at all). As it was not mentioned on booking.com, I feel the room should have been discounted to allow for this.

Quick walk to the town centre.

The whole unit smells of curry, spicy food, and onions! We stayed for 4 days and the smell did not go away at all, even after airing out the whole place for several hours every day.

Very clean and comfortable, great views and close proximity to town and restaurants.

No undercover parking, noisy construction site next door.

It’s not a dislike , but more of a suggestion. A bit more storage areas would have been helpful- like a shelf above the railings in the wardrobe in the bedroom.

Booked this property because it was VERY close to the meeting point for our hike to the Milford Track. We had high expectations of having a view of the lake - we live on a beach in the US. The unit was great, the bed was very comfortable nice linens. Kitchen well supplied to do light cooking.

First, we were notified of construction next door. We were told we were as far away from the work and were offered a discount. We decided to keep our booking. Actually, the construction was on our side of the building and jack hammering began at 8am. The noise was so loud in the afternoon I couldn't conduct a conference call. Also i would not book the first floor again. Other tenants parked their cars in front of our window blocking our view of the lake. Every night (after 11:30) individuals stood on the drive by our window and talked loudly for 45 minutes. Since one can't count on neighbors being neighborly, when we return to Queenstown in a couple years, we'll book the 3rd floor unit or regrettably, need to find another property.

Everything, in close walking distance of lots of activities, shops, restaurants ect. Room and facilities were very clean. Overall exceptional experience. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Queenstown. Can not fault anything about this place.

The location was spot on. A 2 minute flat walk to town along the stunning Lakeshore. Room 5 had everything we needed. Clean and tidy, Balcony, comfy bed, beautiful view. The host was great and easy to deal with . Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful location

Lovely apartment in a great location only a few minutes walk from central Queenstown. Nicely furbished, very comfortable and good space for a few days' stay. Loved the closed-in, windowed balcony with it's awesome view over Lake Wakatipu. The staff were very good and friendly.
