Excelent apartment, good price and localization

There are lots of stairs to access the flat. Attention with a lot of luggage.

This place is ideal and such a steal. Overlooking the amphitheatre - fantastic..I was only here for a night so only needed a bed but it's very well equipped for an apartment. Brilliant value for money if coming with friends.

On arrival we loved the appartment, it was quirky and a great location.

At night it was overrun in bathroom and kitchen with slaters so think it needs some sort of fumagation. This made for a sleepless night for myself as I hate creepy crawlies. A real shame bit because of this we wouldn't use this appartment again

Beautiful location, and convenient for the sights of Cartagena. The apartment has an appealing historical feel, and stretches about 20 metres backwards away from the street: see later for why this is important. There is a large kitchen-dining area, and an internal courtyard. Self-catering is easy. It is good to have parking available (at €10 per night not very far from the property). You can play corridor cricket, but this works best for those wishing to practice leg breaks, and their defence. Good luck with that, Googlie Translate.

There is a 200m walk from the parking to the property, and I would not recommend trying to park a car larger than medium size., The person who met us was off-hand, they were not informative about the property. The day was cold and they did not even bother to show us how the heating worked. If I owned the propery, I would have a word with the agents. It is important to consider the situation of the apartment in the light of your wishes: The street at the front of the aparment is somewhat noisy -- at least at the weekend, when we were there: shouting and screaming going on until later than 4 in the morning, and this was in early February. Nevertheless, at this time, it was quiet in the sleeping areas; I do not know how it would be in the summer, when you might have to keep the windows open. It was cold in Februry, and difficult to heat with the available facilities.

Nice view from the window. Very good for hot summer because rooms are cold( there are heating devices but kitchen was too cold to stay there for long time, I was there in January)

It was very loudly in the evening when, I think Muslim teenagers, hang out under our apartment windows

Excellent location, right by the roman theatre. Spacious, comfortable flat.

No lift, but we were on 1st floor so could carry bikes up the stairs. Building work going on downstairs, so power was cut for first hour of our stay.

Beautiful old apartment with quirky decor in a special location. The property could do with a little attention, but all minor stuff such as loose handles and wobbly taps. Great long weekend place.

The apartment is very well placed, it has lovely views of the forum and is very spacious. I liked how big and overall comfortable it was. It made me want to stay longer than we had planned.

The representative was really nice and helpful. The view was amazing.

The neighbors partying upstairs and the teens drinking, having sex, and doing drugs on the steps outside in the middle of the night were really annoying.

This apartment is truly the most special place I have ever stayed in. It is so stuningly beautiful and unique, like something out of a movie. Not luxurious, bathroom and bedrooms are simple but the place is full of character. The staff were really friendly, especially Elisa who checked me in. The location is unbeatable, right in the centre and the view of the Teatro Romano was stunning. Cant wait to stay again. I shared a video of the apartment with family and my parents are booking to stay in September, they loved it so much. The only hard part was that as it is a very old apartment, there is no air con and we stayed on a very hot and humid weekend, but there are fans in the bedroom and if you open the windows and doors front to back you can create some decent air flow. The olive tree in the walled patio was just my favourite part, and I could look at it from my bed in the morning. Highly recommend!

A little cold but staff assisted us to get the heaters working and brought in an extra blanket and a portable heater which did the trick

An amazing apartment. Beautiful decor, tiling and furniture. Fabulous view of the ruins on one side and a lovely walled patio on the other. Lovely homely feel which led us to suspect the owner actually lives in the apartment off season. Huge amount of space. Would mind living there ourselves! Very close to restaurants and bars. Really central. A real find. Private paid parking nearby.
