Rooms are quite small but otherwise ok. We were not told clearly about the use of vouchers against breakfast/food purchase and I had tio discuss at the check out as we were going to be charged more than we should have had.

Chic hip vibe in a great Chelsea location. Surprisingly good restaurant/bar. Great view from our 32nd floor room. New and fresh.

Guest rooms are small, but well designed. Misrepresented on Booking site as having a kitchenette. None of the rooms we were told have kitchenettes. Gym, but no pool.

Hotel nuevo y moderno, habitaciones pequeñas como todo en NY pero muy lindas y funcionales con ganchos, cajones y estantes para poner la ropa y artículos personales. La blanqueria de primera calidad. La zona excelente con tiendas y lugares para comer o tomar algo. Relajado y cerca de todo sin estar en medio del caos de Times Square.

The staff on reception were helpful and informative. Very pleasant friendly staff in all departments we came in contact with during our stay. One female bartender was not very friendly and was in fact quite blunt. This was an evening we had a nightcap before bed, I even overheard her saying to a male colleague "i hope i haven't offended you it's just the way I am " ! The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean every day. We had an issue with a noisy fan the first night and maintenance arrived within minutes and fixed the problem! Would stay again and recommend to others

Wardrobe and hanging space was limited We rang down to reception on a couple of occasions and no one answered so one of us had to go down from the room ,

I sat in the breakfast room for about 15 or so minutes but no one to serve me so I got up and went to have breakfast elsewhere

Die Lage und vor allen Dingen die Aussicht aus der 43 Etage auf Downtown Manhattan.

Man hat den Aufzug sehr deutlich gehört. Schlafen konnte man nur mit Ohropax (unser Tipp, Ohropax Schlafgut aus Silikon!) Des Weiteren war die Klimaanlage sehr laut und ich bin froh, dass wie die Nachts nicht brauchten. Im Sommer sieht das anderes aus und da hätte ich nach einen anderen Zimmer gefragt.

A limpeza poderia ser melhor, principalmente com relação ao piso, poderia ser aspirado melhor ou passado pano.

Frühstück war in dem Restaurant neben der Lobby zu erhalten, sehr bequem, ist aber im Hotelpreis nicht erhalten.

Abends gab es teilweise in der Lobby (Restaurant) Livemusik, so dass man an der Rezeption sich kaum mit den Angestellten verständigen konnte.

Atendimento e funcionários super educados e prestativos. Perto do metrô e bairro muito bom, e perto do Chelsea Market e eataly. Eles dão um crédito de $10 dólares por dia ( dos $30 que são cobrados na estadia) e aproveitei para tomar café da manhã no hotel. Eles disponibilizam garrafinhas de água para os hóspedes que foi ótimo. O ambiente do hotel é ótimo, bem jovem.

O quarto é pequeno e não tem armário, mas ok para 2 pessoas

Fun, clean, trendy hotel in a great location. Rooms are well done, lobby area and restaurant are nice, and the staff is wonderful. Overall, everything is new and fresh!

Great location, nice decor

Room was nicely done but pretty tiny - think this is probably normal for New York! We had a weird tapping noise in our room. They sent an engineer up immediately but he couldn’t fix it. It wasn’t the end of the world but it was annoying. It was very expensive but again that’s normal For NYC. Saw by chance you could book on the day for a lot less than we had pre paid through booking.com. The fitness class advertised - tried to book it but told you had to book physically by the front desk 12 hours ahead, which I couldn’t do as we were out so didn’t make one of those.

Amazing view of the downtown Manhattan skyline, with a floor to ceiling window. The room was very modern, clean and with a stylish contemporary decoration and LED lighting. Very comfortable with a nice experience. The whole hotel seems modern and taken care of, with a great decoration. Chelsea also seems like a good neighborhood if you don't wanna stay in the touristy areas of midtown.

The restaurant was kinda expensive to have a breakfast in, even with the discount. And the hotel could have a free water refilling station. The room's table was very small to do anything on it, but the size of the room was also not so large.

The room was clean, bright, and cozy with a gorgeous shower. The staff was quick and efficient as there was a large crowd at check in. The food at Lula, the in house restaurant, was delicious and filling. The location was perfect as we were going to Coletta for vegan Italian food, and Miss Kim's for karaoke, all within walking distance. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Only issues were the slow elevator (but there are 43 floors) and I could feel the individual springs in the mattress. A mattress topper could take care of that. Also, the shower handle came off in my hand...but was just as easily put back.

The cleaning of the room was great! The location of the Hotel is good, there are many things nearby. I would like to visit you again in July.

We really missed shoehorns and an umbrella. We bought both - which was not easy - and left them in the room to see if the next guest would have a good time.

rooms were smaller than we are used to but I know that's because it's New York.

The room configuration with the loft bed over the king bed was perfect for our teenage son. It gave us all a little bit of privacy.

Nothing, it was all good. Chelsea is kind of far away from everything in NY but the area is quiet.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Motto Hilton de Chelsea. L’emplacement était parfait, la chambre confortable, calme et joliment décorée mais surtout, la vue depuis le 40ème étage était tout simplement époustouflante. Nous avons vraiment tout adoré, merci beaucoup !

The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, clean, with many little perks to enjoy like water bottles daily, a $10 daily meal credit to be used at their restaurant, a 30 minute meditation at a local meditation center, & a workout at a local fitness center. The staff really go above & beyond to ensure that you’re having the most enjoyable stay and that did not go unnoticed. Great value, especially in NYC where I was seriously on the hunt for a room with a tub without paying an arm & a leg OR having to settle for an older hotel. Highly suggest upgrading to a room with a city view - worth it! Would absolutely stay again!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Man kann es total leicht mit der Metro erreichen. Fußläufig sind mehrere Metrolinien und Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. das Flat Iron Building) erreichbar. Unser Zimmer war geräumig. Die Räumlichkeiten waren außerdem sehr sauber. Das Hotelpersonal war jederzeit ansprechbar und immer höflich und freundlich. Wir hatten das Zimmer ohne Blick auf die Stadt gebucht, aber unser Ausblick war trotzdem toll. Außerdem haben wir jeden Tag eine gratis Wasserflasche bekommen, das hat uns auch gefallen.

Etwas unüblich fanden wir das Waschbecken im Zimmer. Der Fahrstuhl hat auch häufiger länger gebraucht, da das Housekeeping denselben Luft nutzt. Das Frühstück im angrenzenden Hotelrestaurant war verhältnismäßig teuer.

The property is beautiful. It has a very boutique vibe and an excellent lobby bar and restaurant. The rooms are smartly decorated and laid out. Nyc hotels are notoriously small but they made good use of every square inch of the room. The views downtown are incredible. I highly recommend this hotel for the value and overall experience.

Lulla was fantastic! Noah and the crew there were spot on. Front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Location was perfect for our needs.
