Cleanliness and location.
Key pad entry - it worked fine after several tries. Then you could enter any number and get in.

Location! Super convenient, and plenty of space. Great yard and deck.
Wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. We re-cleaned the bathrooms and the couch was a bit dirty. Definitely needed a good vacuuming and a wiping down of the counters and table.

Nice and reasonable walk into the main town area with a pretty footbridge to cross to restaurants and shops. It has plenty of room and a large deck. It definitely serves it’s purpose for a place to stay near town.
It needs some TLC. It is obviously used only as a rental. It really needs better linens/towels/pillows and a more comfortable bed. Could use some pictures to make it look more homey.
