We love the area ocean food ect..

We had a horrible experience with up stairs ppl. Kids running till midnight then again at 530am no sleep. We stopped in office they didn't offer us anything.

Great location! Right smack in the middle of the town, within walking distance to everything. Friendly staff. The room was a little dated but in a charming way. Our room had a cute little balcony with a partial water view. We stopped here for one night on our way up to Acadia and it was perfect for that. We arrived in the afternoon, walked the town, had dinner, and then headed to bed early. Perfect for what we needed! We would come back again!

While it was nice to be close to restaurants for dinner, we were a little disturbed by the live music that began playing at 8 at the restaurant directly across the dock from our room. Not the hotel’s fault though. Next time I would sacrifice the water view for peace and quiet.

The location

Bathroom fan didn’t work, shower head needs replacement as well as new tub. Bed needs to be replaced with a good quality mattress.

GREAT location, hotel was a tiny bit musty (we opened the windows and aired it out, and it was ok) but it's an older place. but GREAT location! I'd visit again in a heartbeat. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restuarant great. Overall, a wonderful experience, but just be aware it's dated. But very clean and comfortable. Balcony overlooking water was awesome.

Proximity to harbor activities

1. Lack of parking. While I can see why this is the case in this location, there was only one space left when we checked in, and because of a car parked across lines it was difficult to maneuver into. 2. We really dislike a 10 a.m. check-out. 3. Unfriendly service - When I asked about parking the afternoon after check-out the clerk indicated municipal parking and waved her hand upward. As it turns out the municipal parking was quite close, but I didn't know this until I accessed our GPS. It would have taken seconds for the clerk to have shown me the location on a map. 4. Restaurant - very expensive for the quality of the food

It was a very good location and wonderful view easy walking distance to all shops and an overall very memorable experience

the oldness of the room. The awful mildew smell. I understand it is on water, but we have stayed in places on the water like this, and the smell is just so powerful of that musty smell. Besides the oldness and smell, we really enjoyed our view, and our stay.

There was no breakfast and inferior in room coffee.

There was no designated smoking area just numerous warnings to leave the property to smoke. With 15% of adult Americans smoking the owners don’t appear to care for these kinds of customers. In return I will not return.

Location Was Excellent. No Breakfast This Year But The Restaurant Was Open And The Food Was Great. The Room Looked Like It Had Been Refurbished Asa Was Other Parts Of The Hotel. The Best Part To Me Was The Coffee Shop Across The Street. Best Blueberry Muffins Ever.

The Parking was A Little Tricky. The Hotel Was Full As Was The Overflow Area Across The Street. If You Left For Any Reason You Might Not Have A Space Later. the Most Disappointing Thing Was The Whale Watch. No Whales

Location was great

Partial view wasn't of the water, it was of an air conditioning unit on the roof. Horrible fishy smell in the room, very old, dated furniture and not very clean. It was in the older part of the building.

Breakfast is not available

The location was fantastic. The food was fabulous!

Update rooms.

It was so convenient to dining and entertainment.
