The position and view of this room is so perfect, witch deserve all the price. The bed is clean and comfortable. I don't always need to use the air conditioner but it works well. I love the balcony of the room and I spent a lot of time at that. The bathroom is not big but at least tidy, enough for taking a shower and brushing teeth.

It may not be as new as a hotel or resort. In some details you can see that this might be an old appartment.

Hawaii is expensive. Having our own kitchen saved us money because we didn't have to eat out all the time. I would recommend staying here.

Our sink flooded and they didn’t have another room for me-they did nothing to accommodate us-we spent the night looking for a new room and doing laundry from all our flooded closets clothing at our expense -I was travelling with my daughter and my mother who’s a senior! Couldn’t believe they were associated to Booking.com When someone finally came they were talking about how affected they were-did absolutely nothing for us!! All other people affected were accommodated and moved rooms. I had maintenance and plumber information that supported our room and us had nothing to do with the flood and pictures of damage to our property and had to fight for a refund! Had to pay over $500 a night for the three nights that remained-brutal

We had a great time in the room. The room is located in the Ilikai hotel on the 5th floor and has a really nice view of the harbor and partial view of the ocean. It was very clean when we arrived, and the hosts sent us plenty of information prior to our arrival and were quick to respond to any questions while we were there. We also loved the balcony and the full kitchen. Wifi was super fast and reliable. The room is listed as 5382 sq ft on Booking.com but I figure that's an error on the website. The room is probably about 500 sq ft. The size was more than sufficient.

I would have preferred individual packed soap, shampoo, etc, but that's just a personal preference.

Location was great. It was walking distance to the beach.

We were told to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. They were only going to provide two rolls for a week.

Very good location and nice marina view from the room. Laundry and trash place are very near to the room. The sofa bed was so easy to transfer from sofa to bed and saved a lot of time to set up the third bed. Nice clean towels and comfortable beds. All the cooking condiments were there. They even had a rice cooker. We would definitely stay here if we have a chance to visit Waikiki again. All the beach stuff was there such as beach chairs, sand toys for little kids and body board so we didn't have to buy these stuff. The response from the property management staff was extremely quick and polite when I ask questions about the property. I was really impressed with that. I would recommend family with kids would stay this place!! If it is a couple, it is such a huge space for two people! Our family is total of 5 including three kids, 5, 12 and 16 but managed to stay for a week.

There is really not anything I didn't like about this property . If swimming pool was little more bigger or with a better view, It would be even better.
