Extra Amount was asked by Hotel people

I have reached property at 8:12am and requested receptionist for early check in but he is directly denied and told check in will ve after 12 Am so he cannot able to gove room, so he asked me to pay rs 500early check in where room rent was 300+, i do not understood the technique of this ???? Realy pathetic situation so i went to other hotel which is faar better to this hotel with very reasonable price , please take serious action on them otherwise you will loose your own customer and money

Location was not suitable for family

There is no question of better where minimum amenities like wayer light lift are not available....It should be closed immeditely...Online booking immedoately to be stopped....It is only a harrasment...
