Clean apartment with friendly and helpful service

I appreciated the wonderful service provided by the hosts. It was really easy to find the lobby and collect the keys/check-in upon arrival. I loved the apartment stay as it was clean and it was so easy to communicate with the hosts to ensure that everything was working properly. I was greatly impressed with the room and the location was phenomenal with many nice restaurants and amenities nearby.

Only complaint is that the light went out briefly in one of the rooms, but they fixed it quickly.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant.. The area was safe as well and the rooms were very clean..would definitely recommend brassbell apartments.

We loved our stay here, the location is great and the personell are very helpful! Would definitely recommend ! We felt very safe and taken care of + amazing air condition even in a heat wave.

The photos on the website is exactly what you get. It is located in what looks like an older office building. There is a receptionist on duty 24/7. The studio apartment included a bedroom area that was separated from the main area by a wall. The My apartment had a kitchenette that included a 2 burner stove top, full size refrigerator and a microwave. You are provided with plates, frying pan, utensils, and kettle. There is a washer only but they provide you with a drying rack. Housekeeping is not included but that was not an issue for me. I would leave my garbage outside my door and someone would dispose of it. There are many restaurants within walking distance of Brassbell. Ubers easily found my location.

New apartment with great service

Zamalek has a lot of traffic in any time.

Nice modern apartment at the centre of Zamalek . The furniture and design are less than 2 years but you can see the bad quality materials doesn't last long. The staff is always happy, but they don't speak other languages , so it's not easy to communicate. The neighborhood is crowded with Young people enjoying their everythings and after you walk a bit you realise that you are surrounded from embassies , police and military is everywhere. We felt secure day and night. Driving is crazy and generally have their own rules about everything.

They don't know how to clean, the floor was sticky and you could see dirt at most part of it. If you ask something from the staff ( I need an extra towel, please clean the floor etc) they say "yes yes" but they hardly gonna do it, despite if you tip them. They don't speak English they don't understand you.... So you need to text through the booking chat and then they call you and they say they will do the cleaning, they don't clean!, And you text again and they say that the staff doesn't speak good English but they have high standards..... Any way, clean on your own and you will be ok.

Great location in Cairo - Zamalek is very charming. Apartment is comfortable and clean, and staff are great. WiFi connection is easy and incredibly fast. Highly recommended.

difficult to book the same apartment after next day, we have to move to other apartments because somebody taken our room ,because each apartment are different design .

Very friendly host, good location, modern decor, good furniture, clean.

Hot water finishes too quickly, and you must wait 1/2 hour for next person to shower
