I should have read the reviews better, and would then have realised the breakfast was brought to the room in a basket and therefore more limited that we would have liked. Bacon/sausage butties were tasty and other items good, but not the 'full english' we like when away.

The room was absolutely incredible, amazing decor and spotlessly clean. So peaceful and quiet. Welcoming hosts as well. Amazing breakfast basket each morning which was the perfect addition. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Very warm welcome from Becky our host who made us feel instantly at home. She was very knowledgeable about the town and recommended a terrific place to eat. The accommodation was a lot bigger than we were expecting and had thoughtful touches throughout. The bed was massive and very comfy! Great shower and bath. And breakfast was brought to our room in a basket that we could eat at a big table in our room. Good coffee.

Our stay at the Green Parrot was lovely :) Luke and Becky were very welcoming and helpful, and served a fabulous breakfast each morning. The room is well appointed and the bed was very comfy, parking is free on site and, if you want to, you can even watch Netflix on the big TV. You're also right in the heart of the town, which was great for food options and exploring in general. I would highly recommend the Green Parrot if you're visiting Devizes!

Please note these are not criticisms, merely observations to bear in mind: The ceiling in room 1 is fairly low, with gorgeous exposed beams, so if you're particularly tall you'll need to do some ducking! Heating in the bedroom is awesome, but the bathroom floor, in particular, was like ice, so bring some slippers if you're staying in winter, as we did. Due to the ceiling height, the shower could easily be slightly problematic if you're very tall; it is, however, gloriously hot. AGAIN, these are not criticisms, so please don't take them as such. We really enjoyed our stay, and would happily return if we needed a place to stay in Devizes.

Absolutely fabulous place perfectly placed. The suite was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Lovely bath products provided for a soak in the bath accompanied by music from the Bluetooth bathroom mirror and just when you think it can't get better a hamper breakfast was provided at a time suitable. They've really thought of everything! I would highly recommend staying here.
