Lovely little spot near the new city and only 20 minute walk from the medieval city. The air con was a godsend in the hot weather and kept the entire place cool.

Excellent location. It is spacious and on walking distance to the old and the new town. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Living room and kitchenette on first floor and sleeping room an bathroom on first floor. When it is not too hot, you can sit in the patio

. The information you receive is in French only. Direction to the garage is confusing and wifi details were wrong wacht left us one full day without Internet. Too many little things not OK. The house was renovated without an eye for detalis, a bit sloppy. Smoke detection living room was missing and the exit could only be opened with a key. Very dangerous in case someone is out with the key and the other person's need to leave. After three days we noticed the door handelaren which we fixed provisional. One day the airconditioning was leaking inside and the day after, the floor drain was almost blocked Whith some tender attention, the place can be much nicer.

It is quiet and has decent sized outside eating area. Parking is available.

It is very enclosed and we found its location very disorienting, we were not easily able to work out how to walk into the Bastide or the Old City, without Google maps we would have been lost. Some maps showing location would have been helpful. We were unable to connect to Wi-Fi on any device.

Very nice place, with everything you need, super simple reception (keys in a locker) so no stress when you are delayed (constant thing when travelling with kids). Host was very helpful. Wanna come back someday.

nicely decorated with all you needed appliance wise , location was good and bathroom really nice . very private located in a quite road

The general internet and wi-if connection was very poor .

Loved the location, the ease of getting keys, the enclosed courtyard for our dog, the lovely shower room and light filled bedroom. Don't let the longer negative points put you off as this was a great place to stay for a few days. The owner even sent us a very nice message after we had left and had plenty of recommendations about where to eat out.

Could not recommend people stay here for more than a few days because of lack of a sofa. The day bed in lounge is not comforable to sit and watch TV in the evening and is too high to get onto (though as a bed I am sure it would be comfortable). Also the website is misleading as you think garage is by front door when it's actually 100 metres away. Finally, there are very limited cooking utensils (eg had to buy a wooden spoon to use the non-stick pan)

Lovely and new apartment close to Carcassonne city centre , good value, free parking! Nice stay✌️
