Location was perfect for meetings downtown and then food and beverages in the Third Ward after work. Room was clean and comfortable and very well designed. Lounge area on each floor was a nice touch.

The WiFi was garbage. Completely unable to maintain a connection, so I could not work from the room and had to go to coffee shops to get connected. The staff was friendly and helpful, but hard to find when I got locked out of my room. The number at the front wasn't answered either, so it was pretty useless as well.

*We had odd noise, and all nite. The sounds scare us they sounded like a drill and tried to get in our room. *Staff didn't tell before we had them park truck it was $35. We also gave a $15. tip to the staff before we knew about the fee .I'm not sure if the staff was short-handed. We only saw 3 people (staff) 1 that night we checked in, and she parked our truck but never told us. So when we came down to check out, we waited for a staff member to help us after waiting 14 minutes. She then got another staff member to get our truck. He comes back and then asks if we had paid .We told him online last night.He tells us no, no, for parking the truck.We said that no one said anything to us about this situation. He went to the other staff, and she said that there wasn't anything they could do about that and they would need a card to charge us $35.00. *We were also disappointed that the snow was not shoveled when it snowed, so it was frozen pails and footprints on snow. NO SPOT TO GET IN OR OUT OF YOUR Vehicle SAFELY .

Location was great. We went out to breakfast. We live the large common area concept.

First time the staff member took us up and even introduced us to other guests in the floor. Encouraged us to meet others in the floor. That helped later in the eve and in the am as we wanted to share a drink and enjoy the common area. This time that introduction wasn’t there and the floor was really too quiet. How about a suggested happy hour? Or suggested common time?

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable

The hotel directed us to a parking ramp and stated the parking rate was $30 per night. We were actually charged $52. I recommend they update their pricing so visitors aren't slapped with a more expensive charge than expecting.

The hotel and rooms were high end and beautiful.

I was just surprised that there are almost no employees around. When they say contactless, that is pretty much it. I've never stayed somewhere where you are just texted a room code and you go about your stay. Not sure what we would have done if we had an issue.
