Great location, has everything within walking distance like local grocery store, restaurants and food trucks, spa, gyms, brewery, bowling and arcade, a great bike/walking path. The Kasa has amazing amenities including a small sauna, hot tub and inside heated pool, spacious courtyard with lots of seating, fire pit and games. Nightlife was great for family and friends. Night clubs and lounges are only 10-11 minutes away. We really enjoyed the cigar bars and mechanical bowling. Be aware if visiting during the week, the bars stop serving food around 10 and close around 11-midnight.

Getting to the parking deck from the Kasa was a bit confusing but the staff was helpful. The one bathroom was downstairs but the bedroom is upstairs, not something I’m use to when you visit the bathroom often or in the middle of the night. Construction is still going near the river but they don’t work on the weekends so that made it better. Also, being near the river is nice but be ready for the boats and trains noise and horns.

Staff attempted to help facilitate access to rental from distance, they were friendly and responded immediately to my text and call when I wasnt able to access the property at 9 pm when I arrived.

I was never able to access property. Representatives tried to help, but after 45 min, we couldn't figure out the call box problem with allowing me access with the entry contact and code provided. Ultimately I requested a cancelation of the reservation as I wasnt able to access the property and the representative was not able to find someone to give me access in a timely manner, being <35 degrees temperature and passed 10 pm. Very dissapointed as I had to find a hotel reservation at that time. On a better note, I was told I will get full refund.

The view was nice from the room. It had just about everything you need in the kitchen and the room overall was nice. Definitely would stay again.

The bathroom was dirty and had mold in some areas and a few of the lights didn’t work.

This room was exactly what I was looking for and needed. Great for some rest and relaxation.

The literal only thing, and this is almost petty, would have been access to ice. The freezer has no trays and the ice maker in it wasn’t on or connected, I’m not sure.

Great location, very modern and upscale apartment with all the conveniences to make a wonderful city stay. Amazing amenities for use; pool, hot tub, fire pit, exercise room, business center, nearby restaurants, walking bike trail, smart tv, incredible view!

Really fantastic appartment. Everything seemed to be quite new. Very clean. The electric fire place was so lovely! Self check-in had some minor issues (see below). In close vicinity to Hofbräuhaus and South Side.

Parking Card was not working initially. Although this case was forseen in the really good check-in description the person called from facility management was rather rude and gave conflicting Information about how to fix our parking card. In the end we could clarifiy via Kasa customer service. The residential access door from 2nd floor parking garage to the appartment complex was permanently locked and could Not be opened from either side. So we had to find our own way which we did in the end. Both things were pretty anonying.

comfortable, swimming pool was heated. Easy walking and closeness to restaurants and different sites. Made the driving distance to other locations less hectic but far enough to avoid all the noise and busyness of downtown.

The area is clean and experiencing a revitalization. Pretty easy to get around with GPS. We are dog people and loved all the dog loving neighbors.

Check in and check out could be better, although personally no problems. Just advice about preventing towing during process not so inviting. Something needs to be worked out for temporary parking for check in/out and loading/unloading.

Location was great. Facility was well prepared. Would have appreciated bedroom TV’s.

The process was not simple. To much complication. Attempt a reservation, have it approved, contacted again to verify information, that was confusing, not friendly to anyone not adept at new on-line procedures, to much left to renter interpretation, to many questions upon arrival left to rentor or to interpret. Not a situation I wish to repeat.
