Fantastic service, great facilities

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, everything was exceptional. The facilities provided were top-notch, from the modern amenities to the immaculate rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The services offered were also outstanding, leaving no detail overlooked. Overall, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary.

The staff is so professional and warm. This was my second stay at Duong Chan hotel. I received a very warm welcome upon my return along with a special welcome back card on the bed in my room. I was fortunate to meet the hotel GM Mr. Ly Samkot face to face. He took time out of his busy schedule to sit and chat with me. This put a very personal touch on my stay. I look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Everything was excellent

The room is spacious and has a great view. The quality of the shower gel and shampoo is very good.

The drainage in the shower is slow, and the floor accumulates water. Other guests didn’t follow the hotel rules ate durian had caused the room to become unpleasant.

the staff made us feel like royalty. 5 star service was a beautiful experience coming back to the capital. we stayed here our first and last night in Cambodia and duong chan put a smile on my face the whole time

The hotel, facilities and staff are exceptional. I have nothing but positive things to say about every single aspect. Going above and beyond seems to be the moto for the staff, they took such great care of us. With a special mention to Malina in reception was an absolute star! The rooms (in fact the whole hotel) is scrupulously clean, beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are well appointed. Breakfast choice was great and plentiful. The pool area and Sky bar were amazing Nothing but a 10/10 😊

Every thing was perfect

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. Kudos to Ly Kunkot and Song Chenda for their assistance with booking and flight changing, they went above and beyond. We looked forward to breakfast, catering equally to western and Chinese with delicious fruit.

Beautiful rooftop bar and dining. Breakfasts were fantastic and the staff amazing.

The room was maybe a little sparsely decorated and by comparison to Cambodian prices, not cheap, though given the level of service and views from the roof probably worth the extra fee dollars.

Location was central, allowing easy access to everywhere we wanted to visit and the facilities (pool, spa, steam room, sauna) as well as the comfort of the room offered a haven from the bustle of the city.

The room didn’t offer a full length mirror, and the bed only had a bedside unit on one side.

The size of the family room was big, we did not expect it also came with a kitchenette The staff was very helpful The rooftop bar had a fantastic view and the breakfast had a great variety of choices.

The hotel is very new and clean. The employees are overwhelmingly nice and helpful.

Since the hotel is new, some of the processes are not working 100% yet, e.g.,. the room service is slow sometimes.

Hotel was good, location fine and breakfacts and facilities fine as well. Staff were very supportive and nice ! Room and restroom convenient, clean and big enough. Overall it was a good value for money !

We have been traveling for 3 months and this is the hotel favorite! Rooftop bar with beautiful views and amazing pool and fitness center were bonuses. The rooms are new, modern and comfortable. The bed and bedding was amazing.

location is not exactly in the thick of the tourist area, but not a far walk to the palace and the river

Very clean and spacious room with perfect shower.

Breakfast is more on the Asien-Side, even there are about 80% Westerners. It was OK, but no Cheese at all and cold cut only ham.

A warm welcome by the staff, nice bedroom and bathroom, buffet breakfast was amazing so much choice. The reception team were very accommodating and looked after some of our luggage whilst we travelled around Cambodia and returned for the last night of our holiday.

Great stay in the Duong Chan. Marvellous views from our room on the 7th floor. Even better view from the poolside on the 12th floor. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice quiet room away from the busy streets.Lovely pool area . Breakfast was a serve yourself buffet with a variety of fruits, cereals, pastries etc and you could order eggs , soups as well. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Phnom Penh.
