Very accessible to malls, supermarkets and other leisure activities. Room is very clean and spacious. Has fast wifi. Kitchen equipments are complete and clean. Comfort room has complete things too. Comes with automatic washer you can use. Property owner is always responsive and nice.

Owner was responsive, caretaker (Ms. Tessie) was accomodating and kind. Place was clean and appliances (like the toaster, microwave, clothes dryer, and AC) were complete and working. Staff in the facilities were kind and accomodating as well.

The hassle pre-entry process which requires to send passport & covid document to simplify the entry proces, which was actually very long. We waited 20 minutes (despite providing all documents required upfront). The landlord could not be joined by phone. It would be good id the flat could be equipped also with toilet paper ...
