Owner was very nice, but it was a basement apartment ( that I had no idea) . You could hear EVERYTHING from upstairs. Moving chairs, walking, the small kid running & screaming. Normally it wouldn't have been a problem, but my 26 yr old twin daughters & I were in Rochester because of the Mayo Clinic. My daughters are very sick & we needed quite.

No tvs in bedrooms. I had to sleep in the living room on the couch. I have to have TV on to sleep when traveling without my husband

the property was a perfect distance to Mayo and IBM. the hosts live onsite but we’re not obtrusive, they were friendly and very hospitable. the property was easily four times the size of a similarly priced hotel. the amenities were modern and well kept.

I’d never stayed at a property where the hosts were on the floor above. I got used to it by the second day and it was NEVER a problem.
