This fabulous 2/2 condo at Inverness Condominiums is located right on the Comal River and just across the street from Schlitterbahn. Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has been fully remodeled and is the perfect spot for an amazing vacation. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and the master has a Queen with a private bath and a deck overlooking the Comal. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The open living/ kitchen area is the perfect place to gather in the evening. All bedrooms and bathrooms come stocked with high quality linens. Look no more, this is the condo for you! You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the first floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. Guests will be provided with 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. **WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact Property Manager for pricing details. 2022 Family Vaca
Biggest disappointment was a very dirty unkept pool most of the week we were there. Our unit had no space in the kitchen for our personal food storage. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and very squeaky. Location of property was great.

Nice Little Gem
Nice relaxing place to come with friends. A short walk outside and you are in the river. Everything was clean, neat, and had just about all the amenities needed for a weekend stay. This is my third time staying in this area and cannot wait to do it again.

Comal River Escape
Rental in a great location for floating the Comal. About a 10-minute walk to put in at Prince Solms Park. Unit itself was spacious, nicely decorated and had all the essentials one would need for a stay. If you drive a truck, the parking garage is very tight to get into and out of your designated space, but it was functional. The check in process was nice as they had a drop box to pick up my check in info and parking passes, so I did not have to leave Schlitterbahn early to get it.

Friends, Schlitterbhan and the Comal River
Great 2 bedroom condo for immersion into a true TX experience. Easy access to both the Comal and Schlitterbhan. We also rented a cabana at Schlitterbhan . It was hot, Sunny and we had a blast. All of the other residence were super nice as well. Great stay definately going back! Condo was clean, all the amenities, very quiet at night and awesome A/C!

Great Location!
He had a great time at the Comal Corral condo. The condo property is on the Comal with a great view and easy in/out access to the river. We did think based on the pictures that this condo faced the pool/river, but it doesn't. It faces the visitor parking lot/other building. Which is fine, but we thought we could sit on the patio and view the river. You will have to walk to down two flights of stairs to get to the deck, and another 3 flights to get to the pool/bbq area.
Explanation of the reserved parking spaces should be spelled out better. We were under the impression that you could park in any spot under the reserved section, just as long as you displayed the correct color parking tag. Five minutes after walking in to the condo, we had security and people come to our rental to tell us we were in the wrong spot. When we went to move it and apologize, the 'owner' of the spot was pretty rude about it. She came back to our room after it was moved and demanded we were still in the wrong spot. When we got down there to show we moved it, they said oh, well we didn't check a 2nd time, we went to dinner and just thought we would stop by to tell you.... They didn't even say they were sorry to accuse us of not moving yet. Anyway, once that was out of the way, we had a great time. For three of us, it was our first time on the river. We would like to make it a yearly trip.

Location was great and the condo was too! Our teens could walk to the water park and we all walked to the city park to float the river. All had a great time!

Great Spot, Wonderful value
This place was a wonderful place to stay. It was very spacious, and the décor was on par for a condo building that has been around for a while. Direct access to the river, which we ended up just hanging out more there than floating it. All amenities were provided, and we had an amazing time. My only advice is do not waste your money on passes for river shuttle pickup. You can literally walk to the public launch area to float the Comal. Also, make sure you have non-disposable containers. The police are out in their boats in full force. We witnessed people get tickets all day for having cans. Awesome place, awesome location, awesome time!
p.s. the covered parking should be considered an Olympic sport! Lol (it can be done just be patient)

Father's Day Weekend
This was a terrific location. We had easy access to the Comal River. We walked across the street & spent the day at Schlitterbahn. It was so close, that we could go back to condo to rest & then back to Schlitterbahn. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed! We loved the grounds & deck at Inverness. We can't wait to return! We would most definitely stay here again. Thank you for great service & accommodations.

Great New Braunfels experience
We stayed in this condo for 2 1/2 months and our experience was extremely positive. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. The Management Company was exceptional. Upon arrival the lights were on and the temperature was very comfortable. Very welcoming after a 3 day trip by car.. a couple of minor situations (how to operate the tv, new battery in door lock) were handled immediately and efficiently and in a very pleasant manner. Every person at New Braunfels Escapes was extremely friendly and welcoming and were very interested in our comfort. I would recommend them to anyone looking for rental accommodation.
