Cristina was waiting for us at the door when we arrived. There was a lovely bottle Chianti and coffee in the apartment. We will be staying here the next time we are in Florence.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Smooth check-in process. Cristina was very kind and accommodating and gave us good tips. The apartment was very clean, neat and had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the large TV on the rainy day. Great location, walking distance from the train station and the city centre.

We had a fantastic 3 days in Florence made even better staying here. The Apartment is beautiful and exceptionally clean. It has everything you need. The washing machine was a big plus and aircon especially in August. We slept very well in the comfy beds and the children slept well in the sofa bed. The Apartment is only 10 mins walk to the train station. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Florence.

Close to the train station. Close to the city center. Great value for the location and the staff was wonderful and easy to work with.

Lovely host, great location next to the train station. New apartment with everything we needed

The apartment was beautifully updated, simple, and clean. We chose it because we were coming from the train station and we’re only staying one night. Great location and safe.

There was no way to store our luggage for a couple hours after checkout.

The location was a bit difficult, specially for guests with a car and medium to big size luggage, the car park was located around 300m away from the location but manageable

Stylish and clean room

Great location, 2 mins from the tram very easy access to the airport. Check in experience was so easy and simple and apartment was so clean. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Florence.

Clean and beautiful apartment with full equipments(except toilet papers…I believe that they just forgot to restock)

The property manager was very responsive to any needs that came up.

First of all, the space had an amazing view of Florence. The apartment was impeccably clean. Cristina was warm and welcoming and available to us whenever we had a question or concern. I would stay here again without question.

The washer was quirky.

Stayed 3 nights. Very comfortable. Loved the apartment. Had all the amenities and was just one minute to the bus and the tram. Stefano and Christina were amazing in regards to communication as well as with smooth checkin and checkout.

A little difficult for parking if you come by car. Otherwise excellent stay.

The apartment is very lovely and has everything you need. Location is great when travelling with car or if you're happy to stay outside the old town (good 15 mins walk into the heart of town). The hosts were very nice and give good information quickly.

The check in and check out process is annoying when travelling - have to give exact arrival and departure time to meet someone in person. The car parking nearby is expensive but maybe that's just Florence.

We were able to walk all over Florence from our location. The apartment was as described, brand new, beautifully decorated and super clean. We were also walking distance from the terminal for the trains, and I made it easy for us to travel to our other cities.

Beautiful apartment that is located near a lot of great restaurants, historical sites, and public transportation. The host was very accommodating and very helpful in getting us transportation when we needed it.

Great location, perfect to walk around the old district, only 15 minutes from the cathedral. Equipped with lots of coffee capsules.

clean, spacious, the view is wonderful and very close to central train station. mrs cristina was very nice and responsive. our first night stay, the TV could not be turned on, we texted her and the matter was resolved within the day. wonderful service

just the elevator that was slow but the fact that there was even an elevator in a florence apartment was a plus by itself
