Comfortable, location is prime; stores, restaurants, public transportation, great neighborhoods to explore!

Bathroom was a little small but we dressed in the bedroom. Green chair in bedroom broke twice, couple dining room chairs felt unstable. May need one more fan?!

The apartment is in Kadikoy, not some touristy area. it sits over a restaurant, Balikci Lokantasi. There’s a grocery across the street. Lots of restaurants, stores, couple bars and ‘sort of’ night clubs with drinks and dancing. The unit itself is very clean and perfectly sized for two (maybe four small/average sized folks). Bathroom in smaller side, very nice and serves its function, (love the toilet paper, lol). HDMI inlets on the living tv. No microwave but coffee pot, pots, pans, all the dishes and utensils you could need for light vacation stay. Washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron, and blow dryer too. Walking distance to buses and ferry (4 minutes with a cane), a little further to metro but still doable. Fairly quiet neighborhood throughout the day. Altogether a great part of the Asian İstanbul experience at a really great price.

It was hard to find the first time and Google maps didn’t help. Its an unassuming door between two businesses. After locating it we gave the restaurant as our location so drivers could be sure they found us.

Apartment was very clean and tidy. Host was helpful when providing keys or wifi password, any questions he will answer them.

It was very difficult to locate the apartment entrance. The address that was given to myself and the driver was incorrect. Actual address is for the place is EMEK IS HANI. There were no keys outside the apartment to collect. The building door was open and sometimes would shut where you would have to enter the combination. The owner of the apartment had to personally come and give me the keys so if they were not available I would not be able to go inside the apartment. It would be nice if the apartment had a microwave.

Excellent, quiet location, very near Kadikoy bus & ferry terminals, metro a little further away (line M4 now open from Sabiha Gökçen airport, takes about 50 mins, very frequent trains). Large apartment on 3rd floor (there is a lift), with 3 main rooms plus small bathroom. Comfortable bed, plenty of furniture. Good fish restaurant next door, could even connect to apartment WiFi there! Small supermarket opposite, short walk to main shopping areas.

A very well maintained apartment. Nice to have a separate bedroom. It is in a location that offers many transportation options to go to places to visit in Istanbul. Although it is in the center of one of the biggest districts of the city, it is on a street that will not give you a headache. Thanks for everything

It is a new and beautiful suite, the decoration is also quite nice. Full kitchen utensils. I didn't try the sofa but the double bed was pretty comfortable. There's also a big TV and free netflix. I can say that I am satisfied.

Great location! An apartment in the center of Kadıköy, 100 meters from the sea. Very close to public transport points. It was very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend.
