The house was beautiful, clean and offered all the amenities one would need including a very relaxing pool. The house is in a safe area and minutes away from everything you need. Would definitely rent again from there.

We had a good stay, the house was the perfect size and at a good distance to everything. We didn’t spend too much time in the house because we did a lot of excursions and activities (special shout out to Sergio from fixatrippuertorico for setting everything up for us.) The A/C in the bigger room froze on one of the days but we didn’t mind much since we weren’t there. We let Mayra know and she was very responsive. This really is a good location, thank you for hosting us!

Our family had the most amazing time! Mayra was very thorough at checkin and answered any questions we had about the property. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms were super comfy! The pool was our favorite meeting place for relaxing! There is a great selection of restaurants near by and it’s easy to Uber if you want to go exploring. The beach access is a short 5 minute walk to a nice little snorkeling area!

Mayra our host was very attentive and responsive to our needs and inquiries. Property was nice, some minor issues with AC in kitchen area not really working, but overall a great stay.

Our family of 11 all had a great time at Villa Ibiza! The private pool was the highlight for us, but we also appreciated the cleanliness, 5 bathrooms, and walkable location to restaurants, grocery and beach. Mayra was very responsive any time I had a question. Highly recommend this property!

The house was perfect for my group! Beautiful pool and it’s proximity to sooooo many restaurants was great as well. There was this coffee shop a few doors down that was great. The host was responsive and the concierge they use to help plan things for guest was AMAZING!

The house was very clean. It even smelled clean. Large home to accommodate myself, my husband, our 5 kids (ages 4-12) and my parents. Beach, grocery store, coffee shop and delicious restaurants all within walking distance. Would recommend. My only minor suggestion would be more furniture in the family room. There was just one couch and two pool chairs which left kids often sitting on the floor in the evenings while we watched movies or played games. Overall, great home, very responsive and friendly hosts, and beautiful location.

We loved our stay at this property. Mayra and John was very responsive hosts. The house itself was awesome, it surpassed our expectations. Very clean! There was enough space for everyone to spread out. The rooms were a nice size and comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and we were able to use the amenities with ease. The house is a short walk to the beach and close to TONS of eating options. We used the pool a lot but it seemed maybe there was an issue with filter and it kept getting dirty. However we used the pool skimmer as best we could to combat the issue. Not a deal breaker! Before arriving in Puerto Rico, the hosts also connected me with Sergio (a concierge provider) who helped our group book two of our most memorable experiences on the island. Both experiences were specially tailored to our group's needs and the people we met through the service were great. I would highly recommend working with Sergio Lopez at fixatrippuertorico to coordinate events, trips, or excursions if you come to stay. My only improvement that would be great, is more comfortable chairs in the kitchen bar area. The stools are not comfortable for any length of time. Most of us were working and spending time with our chef as he was cooking which required sitting in the stools. They are not a seat you want to sit in very long. Still not a deal breaker and overall awesome stay! Thank you John and Mayra for allowing us to rent your home for our family vacation!

We loved our stay at this property. Mayra and John were so responsive and very nice. The house itself was awesome. Very clean house, our only observation is there was a faint smell in the hallway leading to the pool. However, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. There was enough space for everyone to spread out. The house was perfect for our group of 8! There are plenty of bathrooms which was a plus to getting ready for our days. The common areas were great. The pool was clean and relaxing! It’s hot in PR and the AC was flowing just how we like it. Mayra was quick to respond if we had questions and was so friendly. Coffee, grocery, restaurants and liquor stores steps from the door. Would highly recommend and definitely come back!

The hosts were the super welcoming and accommodating with our group of 10 girls! There were more than enough beds and bathrooms for everyone. The stores and restaurants in the area were convenient and super delicious! I recommend bistro cafe and martins bbq! The walk to the beach was quick as well with cooler and chairs provided by the host. I hope to be able to stay here again on a future trip because of location!!

We had the best time staying here. We took my parents, in laws, sister + her family, & our family. It was perfect because all families had their own bathroom. We took our 10 month old baby & 2 year old nephew & it was accommodating for them too! Would LOVE to stay here again. The plus is location too! This home is highly recommended!

My family took our fist ever "full family trip" - Griswold style. 7 adults. The house is just as listed. It is up to date and spacious. A quick 10 minute Uber from the airport. All of the bedrooms are very similar to one another, as are the bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite baths, which was such a treat. One bedroom in the main house has to use the primary house bathroom, and the bedroom that is the "connector" from the main house to second house has to use the main bath in the second house. The living room in the main house is really just a dining area, although there is a TV. The living room is in the second house. It has a nice pull out couch as well. The absolute best part of the house is THE POOL AREA! It is far more impressive than the online photos - we spent most of our time there. The pool and deck area was plenty big enough for our party of 7. Carolina isn't a glamorous area, but within a few blocks to the house are a number of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and coffee shops. The *only thing* that was disappointing for us was the proximity to the beach. It was roughly 3 blocks down the street and down an alley. Not something we ended up doing with a big cooler, especially because the beach wasn't super impressive. We took an Uber to Old San Juan each night - such a fun place to explore, grab dinner, drinks! As a frequent traveler, my recommendation would be to charter a boat for a day. The hour drive to a marina and day out on the ocean will make your trip to Puerto Rico complete! Five stars for Isla Verde!

Very clean house in an excellent location close to the beach, restaurants and stores.

This house worked perfectly for a large group of couples. It has plenty of space for everyone to spread out, but still has lots of room to gather in the kitchen, cabana and around the pool. Mayra and Juan were very responsive and the house was really clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: spacious, very clean, outdoor pool area very nice, excellent communication with owners, easy walk to beach, quiet master and cabana bedrooms, good security, excellent temperature control Cons: Dishwasher and stove need to be safely secured (fastened to wall), more comfortable indoor common area furniture needed, two front bedrooms (not master) have excessive restaurant noise at night, pool deck very slick when wet so caution is necessary

We had an amazing stay at this location. The house was very clean and spacious. The pool was clean and warm. Plus it is lit at night for night swims. I highly recommend this location for your stay in Isla Verde. Walking distance to seveal restaurants, convenient store, and bars. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

The house was everything we hoped for and more. Mayra was very responsive and the house was pristine and every detail taken care of. If we go back to San Juan with our large group, this is where we will stay!

Me and my friends had an amazing time staying at John and Mayra's home. The location is perfect for easily getting an uber to Old San Juan, but there is also a nice strip of spots near the property. The beach is a short walk, and if you are heading out to El Yunque or other areas of the island, highway access is also close. The home had everything we needed: coffee maker, washing machine, cookware and glassware. The pool was fantastic, we had a blast lounging there before going out. There is also room to park a couple cars behind the security gat in front, so no need to worry about street parking. Mayra greeted us at the property and was extremely kind and helpful. Absolutely recommend staying here if you are looking for a group getaway.

Three couples enjoyed our 4-night stay. We chose it because of the location and the number of bedrooms and baths. One couple canceled at the last minute- it would easily have accommodated four couples. All the spaces were clean, the multiple towels for the pool and personal use were nice, the kitchen was modern and well equipped (though, really we hardly used it beyond making salads and snacks), and the pool area was clean and relaxing. Also, it was an easy Uber ride to Old San Juan. The location was perfect for us. It was close to the airport, we could walk to the beach, to a large grocery store, and to a smaller convenience store for supplies. The restaurants close by were excellent too. We especially liked the Peruvian Restaurant next door. We appreciated the responses from our hosts who made sure our questions were answered quickly. The first couple to arrive were met and got a friendly and thoughtful overview of the neighborhood and the property. Though we didn't use the concierge website to book anything, we did get a question answered- again- in a timely manner. We'd definitely choose this property again for a group of couples. I think it would be an excellent choice for a family with children too.

House is in a perfect location close to everything and has anything you could need. Incredible place to stay while in Puerto Rico! Owners are very friendly and helpful as well!

We were very happy with our recent stay at Villa Ibiza. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive and I was incredibly pleased with our choice at staying at this property. (We were a group of 11 30ish year old women). Mayra met us at the house to show us where everything was. She was very accommodating and even met us earlier at the property when our flight landed sooner than anticipated. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed for our trip (beach towels, kitchen ware, etc.). The common space in the kitchen/dining area was larger than the pictures showed and the pool deck area could easily accommodate our group of 10 people lounging around and hanging out. The beds were comfortable to sleep on as well! The house is situated in a very convenient area with restaurants, a grocery store and convenient store all super close by. The entry point to the closest beach is just a few minutes away as well. It took us ~15 minutes to get to the Condado neighborhood (with lots of bars/restaurants) and ~20-25 minutes to get all the way into Old San Juan. Before arriving in Puerto Rico, the hosts also connected me with Sergio (a concierge provider) who helped our group book two of our most memorable experiences on the island. The first was a private chef who came to the house and cooked an amazing local cuisine inspired menu for our group of 11 people. The second was a rainforest hike/excursion into El Yunque. Both experiences were specially tailored to our group's needs and the people we met through the service were great. I would highly recommend working with Sergio to coordinate events or trips if you come to stay. The only (and it was very easily managed) confusion I had was that the original address provided for the property showed a different location/intersection when entered into Google Maps that was not where the house was actually located. When we arrived, however, Mayra shared a geolocation of the property that did show the correct location. While we were staying at the house, we just used the name of the restaurant next door when we ordered Ubers because it was easier than trying to pinpoint the address (also, I suggest going and eating at that restaurant because the ceviche was great!). The address confusion was really not a negative on our experience - I only mention it to let others know that it was easily navigated. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying at this property during your stay in PR.

This is our second time staying in a property owned/managed by John and Mayra. They are awesome to work with and we appreciate all of the little extras that come with the house. The beach towels, chairs and cooler were very helpful! House was extremely clean and well furnished. The area is perfect for walking to restaurants and the grocery store. The AM/PM convenient store was 2 doors down and we frequented everyday! I would highly recommend staying here and really any property that they manage!

The property is exactly as advertised. It is right on the main road and is close to several restaurants. The layout is certainly non traditional BUT its an advantage for groups as it allows each to have privacy. The room with the double beds is a little different since it opens up to the pool area (which is a courtyard) and really doesn't have a secure door; it has an interior door with a lock. It didn't bother me (I stayed in this room) but there are people that would feel less secure with such a situation. The neighborhood felt plenty safe (at first you might question it but really it is perfectly fine). My only improvement that would be great, is more comfortable chairs in the kitchen bar area. The stools are not comfortable for any length of time. Most are using this as a vacation and therefore not spending much time in the place; we were working had some computer work which required sitting in the stools. They are not a seat you want to sit in very long. I found myself using the seats from the pool area. Lastly, it would be great if the pool had a heater. The courtyard doesn't get enough sun to keep the pool very warm (at least during the time we were there). John & Mayra are both very responsive and are quick to take care of any issues. We did have a water supply issue one night and they got it taken care of immediately; couldn't ask for anything more. We would definitely rent again. thank you

We had a great stay! Property is just as described and shown in pictures. Plenty of space, hot water, etc. Communication with host was fantastic. Close to grocery store, beach, and restaurants. Restaurant next door is fantastic! Ate there twice. Very safe, family friendly area. We hope to visit again and stay at this beautiful property!

Located in walking distance of shops, cafes, bars and beach! House was very clean and roomy, lay out was a little odd being two buildings making up the property. But with a large group this is actually an added benefit. Pool area is much larger than it appears in the pictures and was very nice. Only issue we had was a pump had gone bad the day we checked in and it ran about every hour and was extremely loud. But property management put in calls to get it fixed and by our 3rd night there they had it fixed. I understand things happen and felt they got it fixed as quickly as possible so that keeps this a 5 star property for me!

We had a great trip to Villa Ibiza. It was a group of six women for a reunion and the perfect setting for it. We had plenty of space and an easy stay with great communication from Juan and Mayra! The location of the property is ideal with walking distance to everything you want and need. Highly recommend this house for rental!

This place is somehow better than the description shared in the listing. Our stay started with a personal check in process, where Mayra walked us through the house to walk through all of the amenities and maintenance. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the pool is an excellent finishing touch. We come to Puerto Rico often, and I would definitely stay here again. I recommend this for any group trip!

The house was beautiful!!! Reading the comments really helped me visualize the house. The home is more beautiful than the pictures as some of the pictures are cut off. Overall great experience with my family.
