We were provided the perfect place from which to venture out and enjoy all of Montreal! The condo is comfortable, exceptionally clean, and is convenient to the metro and therefore all of the city! Highly recommend! Thank you, Rejean!

The property was perfect for our trip. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This condo is exactly as advertised and worked perfectly for us for our visit to Montreal. Rejean is a perfect host. From start to finish everything was flawless. The location is wonderful with many points of interest, restaurants, shops etc. within walking
distance, and there are two Metro stations nearby to get you everywhere else you might want to go that is too far to walk. The Metro is easy to navigate and affordable. Lots of useful information is provided at check-in. Highly recommend.

Rejean is a wonderful host. Met us upon our arrival to show us around the condo and left us with neighbourhood instructions which was very helpful. The condo was exceptionally clean and very comfortable for our 4 night stay in Montreal. Close to many excellent restaurants, the metro station and all that Montreal has to offer. We would not hesitate to recommend Rejean’s condo to friends and family.

Host was courteous and prompt, gave tour of condo which is thoughtfully equipped (so nice to have napkins for once!). Had a comprehensive and well thought out list & map of 4 block radius covering everything you can imagine. That was exceptionally useful to a non-local. As seniors with a fading sense of balance, a safety bar in the shower would be nice, but not everyone needs that. We would jump at a chance to rent this property again if we return to Montreal.

It was a home away from home. Very comfortable. Very clean. Quiet. An easy walk to shops, restaurants, etc. ReJean was a wonderful host. Be sure to check out the old part of Montreal. You will be staying in a foodie paradise.

This unit was perfect for our stay in Montreal. So clean, spacious, and quiet. The location was close to 2 metro stations, which we used to get around the city. Rejean was very responsive to any questions or requests we had.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was as advertised. Near everything. Excellent.
Rejean, the host, was EXCELLENT.
I strongly recommend this condo.

I loved this rental so much I felt I could have lived there! Everything was top quality and it was totally immaculate. It has a lovely back deck where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening dinners. It was in a very quiet neighborhood which was very centrally located. You can walk to most things and the subway was also very close. There are great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, a lovely park a few blocks away, lots of shopping and nightlife. I can’t understand why anyone would want to stay in a hotel! The host, Rejean, was even the nicest and best concierge you could hope for, so accommodating and helpful. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

My son and I stayed here on a recent trip to Montreal. The condo is exactly as described. We were so pleased with the convenient location - less than a five minute walk to the metro and within short walking distance to restaurants, shops, and groceries. The condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet! The host is lovely. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Loved the condo! Spacious, clean - felt like home. Rejean greeted us personally and provided overview. Walked everywhere! Close enough to river (brunch cruise), Sainte-Catharines Street (non stop people, shopping, food/drink), Place de Arts (live music). Old world charm mixed with new…Montreal is a fabulous city to visit and this is the perfect place to stay!! N&T

The condo was in a great location. Close to everything but very quiet. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The host Rejean was great. Friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back!

The apartment was exactly as advertised and was comfortable, nicely decorated and is conveniently located in Montreal!

We loved this beautiful little apartment. It was immaculately clean and we enjoyed the little terasse at the back. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail or dinner after a long day of sight-seeing. The apartment was quiet and yet still close enough to all the major attractions in Montreal.
The neighbourhood had great cafes, restaurants and parks all close by. I would strongly recommend L’Oeufrier (breakfast/brunch), Le Blossom (sushi) and O’thym (gourmet sharing plates). All are within a couple blocks.
Rejean was a fantastic host. Very friendly and accommodating. Quick to reply to all of our questions and happy to make recommendations.
I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a lovely home away from home for their visit to beautiful Montreal.

The apartment was exactly as listed, clean and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, with plenty of places to eat within an easy walk. We took advantage of the parking at the apartment and used the Metro to get around. It was great that there are two stations within 5 minutes. Rejean was a fabulous host! He was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Next time we are visiting Montreal, we know where we will stay.

What a wonderful place to stay in the Village. The condo was even better than the pictures. The owner was fabulous and wonderfully accommodating. We were able to walk everywhere. Best bakery, cheese shop, and tea shop nearby and downstairs. Everyone was so nice. Had a great time. Would definitely return.

Wonderful place and host! We would highly recommend - conveniently located within walking distance to many great places. And a parking spot is an extra bonus…worth paying the small extra. Beautifully decorated and offers anything one might need. We would definitely stay again.

The property is located on a quiet street and easy walk from Old Montreal and many attractions. The host was exceptional, meeting us and giving a tour, providing lots of information about the area and recommendations for things to do. The apartment is very well appointed with a wonderful deck, a large bedroom with many windows, a terrific kitchen with all appliances and even espresso, and a very nice living space. You can’t go wrong here; we definitely want to come back!

Réjean was beyond a super host throughout our stay. Immediate and consistent communication during our visit.
The condos location gives you the best starting point for all things Montreal. The space Réjean has created for visitors is simply incredible. Everything you’ll need while exploring this beautiful city. The host has curated this condo to be gorgeous, clean and welcoming. We can’t thank Réjean enough! We will definitely be staying here again!

Réjean was an amazing host with an amazing property. This stay was hassle free as the host was always one text/chat away from any needs. It was also really beneficial that there were maps/to-do lists and spots to visit that were just in short walking distance. The atmosphere was clean and both my family and I would highly recommend if you plan on visiting the Montréal area sometime soon!

Our host was top notch on communications and suggested venues. Great apartment near the downtown area. Nice value, super clean and well provided with all the amenities, especially the kitchen. We prepared most meals from excellent nearby grocery stores. We also liked the outdoor terrace when the weather cooperated.

Everything about this experience was wonderful! Rejéan is such a thoughtful and helpful host, who had great itinerary suggestions. The proximity of the condo to all metro lines was very convenient, and there were also many attractions within walking distance. The unit was spotless and well appointed. We would definitely stay again and recommend the condo to friends and family.

The space was exactly as advertised. Convenient location to what we wanted to see and do. Easy access by public transportation. Host earned five stars. His information was excellent for first time visitors including neighborhood tips and he was readily available to help as needed.
We would recommend this space to anyone wishing to visit Montreal and would absolutely stay here again !!

Everything was good the property manager tattoo all of far into details. The mattress in the bedroom could be updated.

Rejean's place is great. We would return in a heartbeat.
Pluses. Bigger than it looks online. Plenty of space for our family of two adults and two teens. Includes a walk-in closet that I didn't notice online. Very clean. No noise (new widows keep it out? and/or the neighborhood is quiet). Everything works as it should. Rejean supplies EVERYTHING. Yes, towels and linens. But so much more. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, fabric softener, q-tips, extra towels, EVERYTHING. This makes the stay worry-free. Also provided is a detailed map and description of everything in the neighborhood, and Rejean responds very quickly with advice -- he helped us find the best beach. This is all really great. The place is 20-30 minutes' walk to almost everything most tourists are interested in and a few blocks from the central metro station if you don't want to walk that much. And for $20CAD per day extra, you can park your car in the back, which we did. Rejean met us in person for check-in (he lives upstairs), allowed us to arrive a little early (because the previous guests left early), and let us store our bags at his place our last day so didn't have to haul them around with us. All great.
Cons. Nothing important. The neighborhood is fine, but not particularly special or in the center of downtown or old town. As advertised, there is only one bathroom, but it is good sized. And only two beds (although the sofa, which is not a sofa-bed could accommodate a kid). We did not cook, so I don't know how the place is stocked for that, but it has plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. for eating take-out, which we did.
Especially for the money, this is a really great find. One of my favorite vrbos. It has everything you need in a good location and with a great host.

What a perfect place to stay as I was moving my daughter into her apartment for her 2nd year at McGill ~ Rejean is one of the most personable & helpful hosts we've ever met and his beautiful apartment is a perfect place to call home ~ actually it was so adorable, that my first impression is that if I had a place to live in Montreal this is exactly how I would want it to be! Its warm & inviting, it has everything you need to call it home and its in a great location ~ have I mentioned that Rejean is amazing as well! He has done a beautiful job and its perfectly set up to accommodate anyone needing 2 beds and willing to share a bathroom. Quiet street, but just a few feet away from the hustle and bustle of St. Catherines! I'll be booking in again as soon as I figure out when I'm back to visit.

We had a great, too-short stay here. Réjean was very personable, communicative and helpful, including providing a map of nearby restaurants and stores, recommendations for things to do in Montreal, and a bottle of rosé! The place was spotless and the bed was quite comfortable; we opted to pay extra for parking, which was well worth it. One of our favorite meals was at the pho place Réjean suggested, right down the block, and the condo location in general made it convenient to get to everything easily by foot or bike. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at the Condo Terrasse Atateken
We stayed at the Condo Terrassee Atateken during a family vacation with 2 adults and 2 young-ish kids. The Condo was recently taken over by Rejean who was a very attentive and delightful host. He had many wonderful suggestions for things to do and see, and went out of his way to welcome us with a bottle of wine and even juice boxes for the kids.
The condo was very clean, charming and enough space for our family. Rejean recently did some work on the terrasse. The terrasse was more inviting than I remember it looking in the photos and we had many nice picnic type meals there.
We chose the Condo partially due to it's central location that was walking distance to many interesting parts of Montreal and very close to a major metro interchange. I was pleasantly surprised though of how much we enjoyed the immediate area. Within a couple of blocks there is a cheese shop, bakery, specialty meat store, several pastry shops, fruit stands, specialty beer store and a conventional grocery store to pick up things like milk. We had a great time, and look forward to more trips to Montreal!

I had such a wonderful stay at this home. The hosts met me when I arrived, helped me carry my luggage up the stairs, and even left me a bottle of wine and some chocolates. The apartment is even bigger than it looks in the photos, perfectly clean, and came with everything you could want. I only wish it had been warmer so we could've enjoyed the beautiful patio as well - guess I'll have to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay and I hope to stay here again my next trip to the city.

This was a last minute emergency booking and I could not have been happier! The hosts were incredibly patient when I got lost on my way to check in and were so kind and bubbly, answering every question I had. The location was prime and quiet, and the apartment was downright beautiful. It had everything I needed for my stay and more. I would 110% stay again and highly recommend.

Alexandrine and Richard were amazing hosts. They gave me a complete walk-through of the apartment upon arrival. Their place is spacious, well-stocked, and well-situated. It’s also very quiet. I slept well here. The city’s main metro station is a 5-minute walk. The alley parking ($20/day) was a bit tight, but it is almost impossible to find places with parking in Montreal. Overall, this place is highly recommended.
