The 3 Br/ 2 Ba property in Tempe was located in a nice quiet neighborhood, check-in and check-out was easy and the property had ample room inside for 2 couples to stay! The home was very clean and close to both the airport and freeway access. The remodeled home was nicely appointed and well supplied with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add some type of shower caddy in the Master shower to hold soap, body wash and hair products. I would recommend this rental and I would definitely stay there again!

This could be a very nice property. It is large, the furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is excellent. But everything else is falling apart or cobbled together or just not thought through. One of the toilets was broken, the toilet paper holders dumped the paper onto the floor, the sitting room is a fire hazard of extension cords everywhere, the handles to open the windows fall off in your hands, etc. etc. The unsightly weed patch behind the house bears no relationship to the verdant green lawn shown in the photos. We graciously spent a lot of time making an extensive list of everything the host needs to address and we didn’t get as much as a “thank you” or a “safe travels” for our troubles. It appears to be an investment property of an absentee landlord with a local person handling day-to-day management. Very expensive and very disappointing.

The house was great, very clean, and a perfect pet friendly rental. It’s comfortable, roomy, perfect location for any events at ASU and the yard was fully enclosed making it safe and convenient for my fur babies. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
