The property was exceptionally clean and fresh. A very quiet neighborhood close to lots of things Austin. The beds were very comfortable and the property had many amenities not usually seen in hotels or VRBO's such as iPhone charging cords by the beds and AppleTV. We really enjoyed our stay.

After a fundraiser, we needed a place for our employees to count the money and enjoy a pleasing evening and get up in the morning and cook breakfast. There were two couples and one single woman. All of the beds were super comfy. It met all of our needs and it was super easy to work with Ryan on an early check in and late check out. We would stay here again! Highly recommend it!

Great house, decorated very tastefully with a Texas vibe. Owner was awesome to deal with, communicating in a timely fashion with any concern. Would recommend to anyone! Only negative…elderly parents that stayed here had difficulty navigating TV’s.

Enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean. Appreciated the fact there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash already in the bathrooms. I phone chargers by the bed was a great touch.

This was probably the best short term stay I’ve ever had! Not only was the house even better than I expected, but the manager also did a phenomenal job communicating back and forth. Would highly recommend next time you’re in the Austin area, looking to be close to downtown but still in a quiet neighborhood.

Really nice home, and well-appointed. The owner is super accessible and accommodating. The area makes this home a bit of a standout, as it is in an older area. The area, however, appears to be upgrading and it is convenient to I-35.

This particular neighborhood is in the process of gentrification, just like the majority of Austin ~ so give it a second and you’ll be pleasantly surprised 😊

Beautiful rental
This was a beautiful rental right from the initial walk in. Ryan was an amazing host and stayed in constant communication throughout my stay. My friends and i were there to enjoy a bridal shower and this rental was worth every penny. Near all the fun places in Austin. Ryan, thank you for everything!

There was a large gap under the front door when closed. (Bugs constantly crawling in) No live tv was a problem for us. There was Netflix and Hulu however Hulu was really non performing. Most of the time we were there just at night. We slept comfortably and a/c worked good.

Wedding Reception - Huge Success!
Wanted a low key backyard wedding reception, but no relatives have a backyard appropriate for the occasion. Booked this house instead of a venue, and it was perfect. Ryan was extremely helpful and communicative, and helped everything go off smoothly.
