It was an ordeal, was on a family holiday and all booked at the same accommodation only to be told the accommodation that half the family booked was in a different building. Staff very reluctant to allow us into the room they had actually booked. Eventually we were all moved into the same building (not the hotel) however it took 2 days to have hot water. The pool was filthy and unusable, not having this facility was a big let down.
