The breakfast was really good. The location is also absolutely wonderful. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was helpful and serving well.

The AC what water leaking inside the room and this problem was not fixed during my stay. The intercom also was not working and also was not fixed during my stay.

1. Location is exceptional with direct beach access which is not crowded like other North Goa beaches. 2. Rooms are decent size with all the necessary facilities. 3. Overall, the property is well maintained with a swimming pool, viewing deck, lawn, etc.

1. Food is the only major letdown factor for Maargit and they need to seriously work on food quality and taste. Considering the high cost charged the food levels are below average. There are better options along the beach coast that offer good tasty food at much lower cost. If you have an option to go out for breakfast don't opt for complimentary breakfast as it is not worth it. 2. The cleanliness in the room can be improved, the bedsheets and the comforters were not clean and were not changed in our 4 nights of stay.

Pathetic service as the booking was cancelled one day prior to our travel when we failed to pay 50% by the end of the day. And this clause was not even mentioned to us while asking us to pay.

Everything about this property was beyond our expectations.It was a pleasant and the safe stay.Staff were very kind and approachable.

Guys please be ware and cross check before you go to this resort. when we went there after a confirmed booking the reception desk directly told us they didn't get our booking and they have no rooms allotted for us and we had a huge fight with them there. They are fraud and have no ethics.
