The staff were friendly and helpful. We asked their help and they really nice and helpful. I want to thank them a lot.
It is far from abant pool and it was difficult to arrive by walk. The hotel does not provide shuttle service and it was hard to reach the pool without a car.

Everything was up to my expectations.
Ms. Guhfran was very cooperative, she is a big plus to the Otel and wish her all the best
Lack of air fan. The place doesn’t need air conditioning, but at least air fan is required. Also the small freezer doesn’t work!
