The staff very frindly, any thing we request the try to help even with drivers and taxis, even we asked for cooking units the provide to us, even they bring the breakfast to our room, water , tissues .

the location , its kindly not easy for taxi or cars to find out, its not suitable for elderly people because the hotel in a slope area , the furniture old for the Terrace room , TV small and has no netflix , the bed was not comfortable, when we arrived the elevator was not working so 2 nights we walk untill 5 floor , but they help us in carrying things, but in general the hotel good for couples or friends , we managed with them.

Breakfast was satisfying nevertheless it could be better if they could give the customer a bit of choice. The staff was very polite and helpful

we were supposed to be charged 488€ as booked and in the end my card was charged 503€! Why? nobody knows.. Wifi was not up to speed with the year 2023 with numerous disconnections, non stable connection and average to low speeds. I was confirmed parking and was in the end left parked in the street in front of other premises parking spaces. the shower was not pleasant. faucets detached and not firmly fixed, rusty table in the shower, cracked sink etc The place needs to improve in cleaning facilities. We don't know what is happening on the 5th floor but every night there was loud noises from people (having fun) at 12midnight, 3 in the morning and in general not helping a family with kids to have a pleasant night.

Its central location is a big advantage , the employees are definitely very caring , a small boutique hotel that does its job…

It is a small boutique business in the center of Istanbul, but everything is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, the cleanliness is at a high level, the staff is friendly, the transportation is easy...

1- The locations is uncomfortable and full of slopes. 2- The place is noisy at night +18 3- The overall cleaning level is very poor, and it is made by order. 4- Bath towels are old and worn out. 5- Old and worn furniture. 6- The bed is not comfortable. 7- The elevator is too narrow.
