Great location and walking distance to town.

Wanted somewhere for a reasonable cost close to central QT entertainment zone and this was good. However if staying for a work trip again I’d consider Frankton as evening traffic in and morning traffic out of QT central is terrible as it always has been.

Fairly new property in a great location. We needed laundry facilities and Garden Court delivered. On site parking was a bonus. Downtown and waterfront was walkable although it is hilly terrain so you get a workout. Views from the room were fantastic. Continental breakfast buffet has to be ordered in advance which we did one morning and it was adequate before a log drive into the mountains and lakes.

Parking is mostly underground and difficult to get into some spots. If someone is in your spot you have to go back to reception for a new assignment. On a busy street. If walking to the grocery, some may find the hill difficult.

Positive: the staff is nice and friendly; and there is a laundry facility with coin operated washers and dryers for customers. That was great.
Not so good: there is no air conditioning in our apartment, one room got very hot and we had to use a small fan to cool it down. That did not work well. Also, the carpet in the living room needs to be replaced.

Very close to the centre of Queenstown, only 10 to 15 min walk along the Lake. Bus stop in front of hotel. Beautiful self contained unit.

This was a good pick for our 2 night stay in Queenstown. We were in a self contained apartment with everything we needed including washing machine & dryer.
We had a king sized bed that was comfy with good linen. TV in the bedroom. Big bathroom with a great shower!
It was located a 10 min walk from the town - although it is up a hill! Undercover allocated parking which was free.
We had a standard apartment and the entry was via a gate from the street. I was a little concerned about security and made sure we were locked up at night - we’d had our room broken into at night once before so we’re wary!

Our one-bedroom apartment with balcony has a great view of the lake and the mountains beyond. The bathroom and kitchen were both well-equipped and conveniently laid out, and the washer and dryer worked very well. We loved it

Very pleasant stay.
My issue was that I slept on the pull-put couch in the lounge and had no way to block out the light from the massive window above the range slider. The hotel across the road kept all their upstairs dining room lights on the whole night so it felt like there were massive street lights shining in continously.

Friendly welcome, easy parking by our apt. Clean spacious apt with very comfy bed and pillows. Walk in overhead shower. Complex is on a hill so ask for info regarding apt when booking. Easy 10 min walk down main rd to Queenstown or 15 mins down the hill and round the lake which is prettier. Easy checkout. Would love to stay again.

Really poor quality accomodation. Second time I’ve stayed here in a month (booked both trips at the same time). Paid for a room upgrade on this trip and found mouldy sheets in our bed, gaps between the window and frame and the beds are extremely uncomfortable.

I was there last August, great experience, nice clean room with a view, great toiletries and overall a great place to stay. Unfortunately, this time I found the property getting a little worn out. Nothing major, like new carpets, some minor repairs needed to the walkway. The room this time was not as nice. It is still a well located hotel, with convenient parking and nice to have washer & drier facilities on the premises, it just did not provide the same level of value

Location of apartment is great - up the road from the lake and walkable distance into the town centre.
Beautiful bathroom with large modern shower and well equipped kitchen. We found the apartment to be a bit too warm in January even though it wasn't all that hot outside (22-26 degrees celcius). The small portable fan wasn't enough to keep us cool especially at night.
Parking was easy. Would stay here again.

Fabulous right from the initial greeting at reception, perfect location, had everything a family needs and more, highly recommend! The only negative which is not really a major but a bit of an inconvenience is how late the room was serviced, I had to go out and the towels were yet to be replenished and it was well after 3 in the afternoon, I used to be a motel cleaner I understand how busy the job is but earlier servicing would be great! If I am ever back in Queenstown I would definitely stay here again
