The hotel is quite beautiful, great staff, super clean and very good food from the restaurant and bar area About 2 to 3 min walk to great shopping and restaurants I will definitely stay there again

Great hotel, comfortable beds and quiet! New concept for ordering room service appbased able to pay for order through app or charge to room. Valet bery effecient and friendly!

It is near our family.

Easy check in and nice staff. No shower slipper ! No shower nor bathrobe ! Shower body wash container was empty. There was not even a spoon in the room. Overall disappointed for the price tag.

Food being served at a Hilton should be reasonable good. It was NOT terrible cold breakfast service was poor never eat here again. Unfortunate as the rest of the accommodations were good.

2 STARS. The venue and interior decor of this establishment is very posh and exudes a feeling of luxury that surrounds you like the first dip into a warm jacuzzi. The area and other venues around are very well maintained. Despite the beautiful landscape, hotel and city, I am giving this hotel review TWO STARS because the staff members were unbelievably rude, unwelcoming, and unwilling to help me. I showed up for early check in after speaking with a Hilton associate who confirmed to me that I wouldn’t be charged for my arrival time, but when I finally did arrive (before the time the fee would occur) the front desk told me they had no idea who I spoke to. I can understand miscommunication in the workplace happens but then when I explained that I had called hours beforehand, the employee assumed I was incompetent and implied that I didn’t know the right phone number to call. I showed him that I in fact did call the correct number and he resorted back to saying he has no idea who I spoke to. Mind you, this entire time, he has done nothing to speak with any other associates at the hotel and instead deciding to do nothing other than tell me he has no idea know who I spoke to and that I will be charged no matter what. He refused any service other than to tell me to wait a few days for his director to come to speak with them instead because he would offer me nothing more than the statement “I see that’s the right number but we don’t know who you talked to so we can’t help”.

The property was good and quiet, transportation shopping area, two minutes away restaurant right across the street gym across the street everything which is in 2 mile radius

What a great stay will be back!
